GoogleWe tried a couple of agents before using iMove with little success. George knew his market well and he understood his buyers. The offers we received came quickly and were credible. The vetting George did out the outset meant the chain held together and the sale completed relatively quickly. We could have saved ourselves several months of wasted time and expense if we had gone with iMove first.

GoogleJust completed the sale of my flat and just wanted to thank the amazing team at iMove, in particular Rob & George who were very helpful from start to finish. Some things didn't go to plan but appreciated the comms and transparency throughout and we managed to get there there in the end with the desired outcome!

GoogleI put my house up for sale with iMove because I had only heard good things about them. The house has been on the market since the end of October and we were advised it was put on all of their socials, we looked at the socials ourselves and couldn't see our property on any of their sites, we asked they said it had been sorted but still no action. We had 1 viewing in the 4 months the house was on the market and only got updates when we asked for them apart from the automatic weekly Rightmove email. We then sent an email asking about the property and looking to consider our options to which their response was short and extremely blunt, no action in trying to keep the property on the market with them or any advice to improve interest the reply just said ' appreciate your comments shall we remove from the market' and then I got an email from another colleague mentioning they had a set of keys and we need to collect now it is being removed before we even confirmed this. Today they have been emailing about the turn of events which happened from Friday to now and asking for confirmation of how we'd like to proceed and again before we had confirmed anything we've returned home and the iMove for sale sign has been taken off the front of the property. The start of the sale process was good with them, they ensured the photos were good, they wanted to do drone shouts but since the beginning of January its felt like they haven't wanted to support us in the sale of our home and have been waiting for the day we asked them to remove it from the market.

Hi Mason, We are sorry to read you were not happy with our service while your property was on the market with us. Although we do our upmost to sell each property we list, unfortunately not all houses sell the first time round and we're sorry yours was one of them. We would like to address a few things you have said in your review, which is not entirely accurate because: 1. You have said you only received updates when you asked for them. We keep a record of all correspondence and we reached out to you with updates: - 17th October 2025 - 7th November 2025 - 14th November 2025 - 28th November 2025 - 12th December 2025 - 6th January 2026 which you then agreed to reduce the price as we recommended in previous correspondence with you due to the lack of interest - During January 2026 there was then a lot of correspondence between iMove and yourselves with new images we did to try to help push the listing and freshen it up - 9th February 2026 another update As a company we pride ourselves on our communication and as you can see from the above, we did provide regular updates and the weekly Rightmove reports are not automated. Our admin spends hours every week sending them to each of our sellers. 2. Social media: We did provide you with the dates your property was added into our paid adverts on social media along with evidence confirming this. You had 1 week in our direct carousel paid advert from 27th October 2025 and again from the 27th January 2026 to 23rd February 2026. We apologise for the confusion when you emailed in stating you feel it was time for you to take the property off the market with us. We did take this as you wanting to go elsewhere, and wouldn't want to pressure you in to staying with us. We respected your decision and as a result we started the process of taking your property off the market which included returning your keys to you and collecting our for sale board. When you advised there had been some miscommunication and you didn't instruct us to remove the property from the market, we did confirm we'd be more than happy to put the for sale board back up and work with you to come up with suggestions to get you a buyer, however, you did proceed to withdraw the property therefore we didn't ask the board man to go back, all of which was explained to you at the time. Again, we are sorry we weren't successful in finding you a buyer, but we do wish you all the best with the next agent, and hope you find a suitable buyer. The iMove Team

GoogleAfter much deliberation and trepidation we decided to sell our beautiful family home last year. George and his team were magnificent and worked hard to get the best price and right buyers for us. The photography and social media were all very professionally done and caught the essence of what a special home it was. The team are very familiar with the area and give you a personal, tailor made experience that a lot of the other larger chain estate agents wouldn’t. They helped make a life changing move easier which is very much appreciated by us.

GoogleImove were brilliant for us when we sold our house in Crystal Palace in what was a quiet market. Very professional, great marketing activity on usual channels and insta and alway easy to speak with and get updates. George is a superstar and has built a great business with his partner there and would highly recommend if you are looking for a trustworthy, honest estate agents.

GoogleI went to view a property this morning but unfortunately no agent turned up. I attempted to Call imove 6 times but could not get hold of anyone. After waiting outside in the cold rain at 7 months pregnant for around 15 minutes, I chose to leave. I have never experienced this before, this was very unprofessional and a waste of my Saturday morning.
