So far a great experience with the imove team. We have had a little difficulty with estate agents recently, whilst trying to find a property. But imove have been very professional, as well as human and they’ve taken the time to explain each step in detail, and answer any questions that we’ve wanted clarification on. In particular James. This has been even before we have had our viewings with them. We have found 2 lovely properties with them and they were quick to call us back from our Zoopla requests (which again not many agents have been) we really appreciate their efficiency and time. Cant wait to see the properties with you guys soon! To add, their telephone manner is very professional, warming and comes across like they want to do their job! Which I know sounds silly but we’ve found not a lot have been like that. Great work imove!! And we have much gratitude for your help so far ✨

Highly recommended, we completed a lot of research into the best agency to sell our property. From email and phone response, valuation process and reviews online. We sold our family home of over 25 years. iMove were fantastic from beginning to the end and all of the work was completed digitally. Communication was top priority for us and they did not disappoint. We were kept in contact at every point during the process and we are very happy to complete the sale in less than 12 weeks including over the Christmas period, absolutely fantastic! iMove have been brilliant. From the first initial meeting with Jon, he talked through the process gave accurate readings of the market and what we would expect. From there on the service has been impeccable.Courtenay was consistent with giving feedback from our property viewings and advocated for the price we wanted. They replied to our emails and queries sufficiently. Megan kept us updated often on our sales progression giving us peace of mind. Additionally, their recommendation for solicitors (which we did instruct on) were great as well. We have been able to get to exchange of contracts within 2 1/2 months. I couldn't sing their praises anymore, would highly recommend iMove !

We booked a valuation & viewing with Imove. Steve was very prompt in replying to all messages. Agreed to sell our property. We debated the price after speaking to two other local agents and he agreed to increase it by 15k but told me not to start the figure with a 3. An employee of imove asked if their parents could view before it went to the market. We chose to go with another estate agent who advertised our property for £40,000 more than Imove wanted to list the property for. To no surprise the employees parents no longer wanted to view the house as they couldn’t afford a figure beginning with a 3, when we offered them to view it with the new estate agent. End story we got £45,000 more with another agent. In regards to the reply I would just like to add I was not advised by yourselves to get any further valuations. This was done off my own back and both estate agents were alarmed by the valuation provided by imoves director and the conflict of interest in a potential buyer.NegativeProfessionalism

Forget about your preconceptions of Estate Agents, these guys break the mould. Professional, genuinely friendly, helpful and a shoulder to cry on when things aren't going as planned. Steve and his team went above and beyond what was required during a long, protracted and painful sale and purchase (7 months). If it wasn't for them, I suspect things would have taken far longer. They were in constant contact with all parties in the chain, relaying information as it became available, calling when they said they would and doing everything they could to expediate the process. Such a shame the agents for the purchase, Simple Small, weren't half as good. We received a letter from Imove in the post and we gave them a call as we had not sold with another estate agent. They were very attentive and professional. We sold our flat very quickly through Imove and even though our buyers had chosen a conveyancer who was very unresponsive (nothing to do with Imove) - Imove continued to pursue the case and we exchanged today a lot quicker than we expected.. They were very good value for money too. Someone is always on the end of the phone and if they can’t speak straight away then they were quick to call back, I would use them again and recommend them.

The whole team at IMove are fantastic. Professional, friendlyand honesty. Nothing is too much trouble. I'm not very comfortable with IT, in fact pretty illiterate tech wise - from day one the team have printed paperwork off for me, sent paperwork off to solicitors and assisted any way they could to help. When Jon first came to give an idea of the market price I immediately knew they were the company for us. He was helpful, honest in his opinions and easy to get on with. Subsequently he came and took brilliant photos and video which in turn led to many offers and agreed sale. The guys doing the viewings were great. Combined, this all led to many offers and no stress for me. In fact, total trust that we had chosen the right agents. A special mention for Megan has been absolutely incredible. She has worked tirelessly to get our exchange through today. She has, through the whole process, kept me updated on a weekly and more recently daily basis of where we are at. She took on more than she had to to make sure our sale/purchase reached this stage, which I don't think would have happened without her. The last week or so has been very stressful and frustrating for myself and, I'm sure, for Megan also. She has some days emailed and phoned me several times as things have been changing on an hourly basis and she has also been chasing other agents when this has been necessary.
