GoogleSo far a great experience with the imove team. We have had a little difficulty with estate agents recently, whilst trying to find a property. But imove have been very professional, as well as human and they’ve taken the time to explain each step in detail, and answer any questions that we’ve wanted clarification on. In particular James. This has been even before we have had our viewings with them. We have found 2 lovely properties with them and they were quick to call us back from our Zoopla requests (which again not many agents have been) we really appreciate their efficiency and time. Cant wait to see the properties with you guys soon! To add, their telephone manner is very professional, warming and comes across like they want to do their job! Which I know sounds silly but we’ve found not a lot have been like that. Great work imove!! And we have much gratitude for your help so far ✨

GoogleCannot recommend Imove enough, from the very start with Corey coming to value then take photos who was very patient with me wanting the photos to be perfect. Courtney then hosted our viewings and we had updates throughout always had feedback as soon as possible mostly the following day! Without asking they put paid ads on the property to boost interest and we never felt forgotten about. Once we then sold our house we dealt with Meg who has been amazing right to the very end with constant updates and talking to our solicitor and everyone in the chain, nothing was ever a bother and without asking we had a phone call once a week at least with updates on the sale process even when there wasn’t much to update we still got a little check in phone call. I really cannot fault these guys start to finish and if we ever needed an estate agent again we would definitely be using Imove - very professional and efficient service! 10/10!! Thanks guys !!!

GoogleImove will try to clam you deposit when moving out even if you leave the property in better condition than when moving in. Gina the maintenance lady is so unprofessional and rude, Ashe tried to make me pay for a bill when I was not at fault. Be Careful!!!
Hi Denny, We understand that deductions from a deposit can be disappointing, and we’re sorry to hear you feel unhappy with the outcome. As your letting agent, iMove acts as an intermediary and does not make decisions about deposit deductions these are determined by the landlord based on the check-in and check-out inventory reports. In your case, the matter was reviewed by The DPS (Deposit Protection Service), whose independent adjudicator awarded the landlord the amount they deemed reasonable based on the evidence provided. We appreciate your feedback and will continue to ensure our processes remain transparent and fair for both tenants and landlords.

GoogleGRIFTERS GRIFTERS GRIFTERS FORMAL COMPLAINT TQ1 3AT Brought from these people, who adeptly concealed the folliwing:- Poor communication regarding that a separate house had access to the front of my property. Also the back of the property needs to be accessed by the same neighbours, who are lovely but all the same! A huge amount of wiring was covered by a front door permanently opened. A builder fled the building when asked to sand the floorboards! Fifty pounds for a bistro table and chairs! We guess you still needed them for your props department. Kindly take thus as formal notice of complaint.
