The photography and social media were all very professionally done and caught the essence of what a special home it was. The team are very familiar with the area and give you a personal, tailor made experience that a lot of the other larger chain estate agents wouldn’t. They helped make a life changing move easier which is very much appreciated by us.

Rob and the whole team at iMove were brilliant! The media team took some great photos, including a 3D tour which really captured our flat perfectly. Robert was very helpful every step of the way answering any queries I had with the sellers. We’ve been in living in our first time buy for 3 months now and everything is perfect! We dealt with Rob who had excellent communication throughout the buying process. He went the extra mile on multiple occasions to help us resolve difficulties that cropped up as with buying any house. We managed to complete 3 months after viewing which for a leasehold is an excellent timeframe. This wouldn’t have been possible without Rob - so thanks again. All communication & the details about the property were 100% accurate and having been living here 3 months nothing unexpected has cropped up. The buying process is daunting, especially the first time, but Rob was on hand at all times to answer all of our questions. Whenever we sell we won’t hesitate to use Rob with iMove. I don't often write reviews for companies, especially estate agents, so many are shockingly bad in London. But iMove have been the best we have dealt with during our time here for the application process. For some context, the property management of the flat we have moved into is not with iMove, but they dealt with finding tenants to rent the property. Narad helped us during the offer process and when collecting the keys, and Besrat dealt with the referencing. We want to say a big thank you to Narad for the excellent level of communication we received. The acceptance of our offer took a little longer than originally expected, but Narad kept us informed throughout and didn't leave us in the dark at all. It was extremely refreshing and we are grateful for this, as renting in London can be so stressful. We collected our keys the other day and the agents gave us a box of goodies to welcome us to our new flat. They have been the most supportive agency we've dealt with! When deciding whether to put in an offer on a property we asked iMove some questions. We wanted to know if the upstairs flat's lounge was above the bedroom and what the sound insulation was like. They told us there was a study above the bedroom and what's more 'the upstairs neighbours own a flooring company and have installed the highest grade insulation- you couldn't ask for more'. Having had these confident assurances we put in an offer and bought the property. It was only after we moved in that we discovered that the room above our bedroom was in fact a lounge and that the upstairs neighbours do not own a flooring company (or anything remotely to do with flooring) and have not installed 'the highest grade insulation'. Were were also told we would own the garden path which turned out to be untrue. iMove have pointed out that they did not lie to us when they gave us this information and that they were only passing on information from the vendor. However we are still in the same position in that the information we received from them was not true.NegativeProfessionalism

I went to view a property this morning but unfortunately no agent turned up. I attempted to Call imove 6 times but could not get hold of anyone. After waiting outside in the cold rain at 7 months pregnant for around 15 minutes, I chose to leave.
