GoogleNow I have experienced some really bad estate agents, but this estate agents has to be the absolute worst! The staff are condescending, arrogant and extremely unprofessional! Ignoring emails and work that needs done on the property, but call you up when the rent isn't in on time. Just goes to show that all they care about is money and not the residents nor their 'living' conditions! I asked to one member of staff (Ricky) if they would live there, when I was complaining about a horrid smell and fruit flies in the bathroom from where the toilet had been leaking, and their response was and I quote 'well I would not live in shared accomodation!' I was awfully disgusted by that response! I had to get the Environmental Health and Safety Services involved to finally get one of the many issues fixed (which still isn't completed) after waiting 4 MONTHS for this issue to be rectified! Absolutely disgusting customer service! I honestly cannot believe the level of disrespect! Elliott was the only decent member of staff there who has since left, to which I'm not surprised when he had to work with the likes of Ricky and also Gina who are both extremely rude over the phone, they both talk over me and don't actually care what I have to say! I have never in my life been spoken down to so much, and I just hope that no one else has to go through a similar experience like I have, hence me leaving this review!NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

From the point of putting in an offer to referencing and moving in - we were kept informed. Moving is stressful, and I'm so pleased we got to do it with iMove. They really do care about their tenants - we even got a welcome pack on the day of key collection, which was very thoughtful. GoogleWe sold our ex council flat in Crystal Palace with iMove. We felt Rob, Ricky and the team were much more proactive in selling the property than the previous agents we tried to use. Being an ex-council flat the property does not appeal to everyone, but Rob was really good at getting viewings despite this and emphasising all the the things we loved about the property. They are a small agency, but we felt this benefitted us - as every sale matters to them - unlike big agencies who will always sell a certain number of properties a month, regardless of whether they yours or not. Would definitely recommend.

At every stage, they have been personable, patient and professional, helping explain everything involved to this first-timer and looking out for the best interests of everyone. They never over-promised and reliably delivered on whatever I asked of them, getting good tenants and a decent offer for the flat in a difficult period. Their fees and processes are rigorous and fair to all parties (which can't often be said for other companies working in this sector), and they were readily available on the end of the phone whenever I needed them.
