GoogleUsed iMove to rent an apartment in East Croydon. Narad and Charlotte were extremely helpful and an absolute pleasure to deal with. They helped make the entire process stress-free right from day one. This was my first time dealing with a property agent and I'm glad it was iMove. They also gave us a lovely gift box at the end. Highly recommend!

GoogleThe worst agency we ever made an experiment with! After numerous of calls and over 5 hours wait for the property, the negotiation just never come back to us. Disgust of their disrespectful treat of Rob and his colleagues! During this hart time we should be kind to each other but it seems this company is just money greedy and don't care about their costumers and tenants as soon as they see the money. If I could I would give them -5 stars! Don't trust them! To the landlord who never received our offer for the 3 bedroom property on Belvedere Road, we accepted all your three conditions and was able to pay 6 or more months rent in advance and even if needed organise a guarantor as well! I felt like they just didn't take me serious as a woman even when I made a offer on 9.20 am, as the first caller on the day!

As you were aware Belvedere Road received over 30 calls in the same day it was marketed due to the Landlord listing the flat for a very competitive price due to there being no viewings available because of Covid-19. The Landlord did unfortunately accept someone who viewed the flat while it was on the sales market and this was the only reason for his decision. We notified you on the same day of your enquiry that your offer was not accepted due to the above along with multiple other applicants we also had to inform. We fully understand being informed that your offer has not been accepted is upsetting, however, we can only take our Landlord clients instructions on who they wish to proceed with. iMove Property

GoogleI discourage any tenant to rent a property from them: they merely do the landlord's game, in the attempt to get as much money as they can. Here I list all of what happened during our tenancy, during which only one agent (named Gina) was genuinely willing to sort out our issues and fully met our expectations: 1. They take ages to sort out even quite urgent issues like not functioning fridge and flawed washing machine tube. Please notice that they sorted out our fridge issue after two full weeks, and never sorted out the washing machine. On the top of it, after our departure, they tried to get the money out of that by saying that the washing machine hadn't been cleaned, and thus charging us in the final assessment the expenses they should have faced during our tenancy. 2. They NEVER steam-cleaned our carpet while it was a sine qua non condition in the contract for us entering the property. We had to give up after repeated requests because our alternative would have been homelessness after leaving the previous apartment. 3. They sent us an eviction notice pretending to sell the property (as putting out on the rental market the same property at a higher price after eviction is ILLEGAL, and Shelter and Citizen Advice confirmed that to us). They eventually rented it out at 100GBP p/m more to a new tenant, and the property sale ad turned out to be a fake, as we got people call the agency to propose a purchase and they rejected the offer...! So sounds like they never had the intention of prioritizing the sale to the rental.... 4. They force the tenant to pay for the initial inventory and the final one (therefore getting money from the previous and the new tenant at each transaction), not even notifying the expense in the contract. The money they make at each tenancy change is therefore generously compensating for the expenses they supposedly face to put back the house on the market. 5. They tend to place all of the blame on the landlord, even at unprofessional levels, shrugging off the legal responsibilities they hold themselves as real estate agents. We're now suing them for this series of issues, and we highly encourage the tenancy community of London to avoid getting this agency. The reviews I've read above are quite old: it's a shame there are no longer ethical and professional agents working for iMove. Good luck! Estella & Andrea
Dear Estella and Andrea, Whilst we acknowledge that being asked to vacate at the end of your contract (tenancy) can be an inconvenience, this was the Landlords wishes, something that unfortunately is not an illegal request. As mentioned we are mindful that moving out at the end of your fixed term can be disruptive but as an agency we are instructed by the Landlord and must respect their decision, what ever the reason may be.
