GoogleWe were very happy with Rob and the Imove team who managed to sell our house in a really difficult market. The marketing images were great and they ‘virtually furnished’ our property because it was empty when we sold it, which I think helped get people through the door. They were always very open with feedback from viewings, which I really appreciated.

GoogleI have worked with iMove on two different occasions. Firstly they found a tenant for my flat and then they helped me sell it. I have to say they are the best estate agents I have ever worked with! Extremely efficient, very professional and friendly. They always got great results for a very reasonable fee.

GoogleI wouldn't trust this company. I was the first to review a property and offered full asking price straight after on the day (which was a Saturday). The agent choose not to relay the offer as they were 'expecting' another offer (which had not been received). I waited the whole weekend, then at 5pm on the Monday I still had not heard anything and called them to find that they had negotiated something with whoever saw the property after me and were waiting to tie the deal before letting me down. Utterly disgraceful!!NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

Google5 stars to Charlotte and Ricky who have been very helpful all stages through the purchasing process - cannot fault them. friendly and always going beyond the call of duty. smaller estate agency when compared to the big firms like foxtons, which gives it a more personal touch. will definitely work with this estate agency again in the future. thanks for the champagne also.

GoogleRobert and Ricky did a great job at marketing my flat situated just off Anerley Hill . They had a buyer soon after we put it up for sale . The Property Management company were very slow in processing the transfer, possibly because the Virus slowed everything down . but Robert spoke to them and speeded up the settlement date . GoogleiMove is by far the worst agency I have ever dealt with. They are thoroughly incompetent and negligent. We have been without consistently functioning heating for nearly two months. Our lift did not work for about 6 weeks. Every major appliance has had to be repaired since we moved in less than 2 years ago, and virtually every time has involved a tortuous and protracted struggle with iMove to get them to do their jobs. To top it off they are evicting us. I wouldn't wish their services on my worst enemy.

Very competitive rate for selling fees compared with other local estate agents. Great knowledge of the area and market and processes involved to complete the sale. GoogleWe've used iMove for the last seven or so years and have let properties, bought and sold them using this estate agent. Ricky and George get all the basics right, that other agents don't seem to be able to manage. They return calls, manage expectations and provide realistic, pragmatic advice. We have also recommended them to friends who have been equally as impressed. I wouldn't bother with your other high street agents - Ricky and George can give you a boutique experience and the service you'd expect when making such big decisions. Highly recommended.
