GoogleRobert and Ricky did a great job at marketing my flat situated just off Anerley Hill . They had a buyer soon after we put it up for sale . The Property Management company were very slow in processing the transfer, possibly because the Virus slowed everything down . but Robert spoke to them and speeded up the settlement date . GoogleWe sold our ex council flat in Crystal Palace with iMove. We felt Rob, Ricky and the team were much more proactive in selling the property than the previous agents we tried to use. Being an ex-council flat the property does not appeal to everyone, but Rob was really good at getting viewings despite this and emphasising all the the things we loved about the property. They are a small agency, but we felt this benefitted us - as every sale matters to them - unlike big agencies who will always sell a certain number of properties a month, regardless of whether they yours or not. Would definitely recommend.

George was very responsive and arranged to meet the next day upon seeing my property he gave me some ideas on making my property more appealing to a wider range of viewers, a bit of a spring clean was in need. GoogleRob, Gina, Elliott, Ricky and the rest of his team have been a real joy to work with over the past three years, firstly letting and managing then selling my flat. At every stage, they have been personable, patient and professional, helping explain everything involved to this first-timer and looking out for the best interests of everyone. They never over-promised and reliably delivered on whatever I asked of them, getting good tenants and a decent offer for the flat in a difficult period. Their fees and processes are rigorous and fair to all parties (which can't often be said for other companies working in this sector), and they were readily available on the end of the phone whenever I needed them. Special thanks to Rob, who persisted with the patience of saint through all the ups and downs of the sale! I heartily recommend iMove to anyone looking for a good, local estate agents. With their help I was able to leave the country for an extended period and eventually relocate from London, knowing my property was in good hands and my transition would be a smooth one. Thanks for all your hard work.

Mail shot sent via post from the office in Torquay. Absolutely out of order and disgraceful marketing ploy. It makes out that my property has had failed marketing and they can help me find a "suitable buyer for my property", and talks about "refreshing your marketing" and "how we can relaunch your property". How strange as the last time this property was on the market was years ago when I bought it! I rang th e office and gave them my thoughts on the matter. What a pathetic intrusive sales ploy and a waste of tree resources. If I was selling, I know one local estate agents I will not be using.
