GoogleI have been a landlord with Brockenhust for over 3 years now and although initially there were some hiccups they have vastly improved on their customer service and most importantly on their communication. I must mention Lou has been instrumental in providing a clear and efficient service. She is always happy to help and so professional. I am impressed with the turn around of how they have vastly improved on their service. Any issues with the property are promply highlighted and delt with. They also offer solutions when it comes to maintenance issues and yearly gas certification. I am a happy customer now and we will continue to use them going forward. I can rely on their professionalism and have the piece of mind that my property is well managed and looked after.

GoogleWithin two days of instructing Brockenhurst to put my property on the market, Rhys had conducted two viewings and sold to the property at asking price. The viewings were gained by the team ringing round potential buyers and asking if they wanted to view. At this point, no photos or videos of the property were taken. Once the offer was accepted, we moved within eight weeks. The team kept us updated throughout and communicated exceptionally well. So from putting the house on the market, accepting the offer, completing, and exchanging it was only 53 days! It would not have been that quick had it not been for the exceptional service of this amazing company!

GoogleThe Brockenhurst letting teams have been incredibly efficient, helpful and supportive of me in renting out part of my property They’ve always responded promptly, been understanding of delicate or awkward situations and they have advised me when prices should go up or down. GoogleHybr is a great platform to find rental accommodation for students. They were incredibly helpful, especially when it came to chasing landlords for viewings. GoogleWorst company, never answer the phone, don’t answer emails, don’t answer WhatsApp, I have tried to get in contact for weeks and no one has responded, tried to rent a property heard nothing, tried to set up a viewing heard nothing, wouldn’t bother trying to buy or rent with this company.
