The HYBR team have unrivalled first hand knowledge on the student housing market. They genuinely want to help students like me to find a suitable house for my university experience, as they have experienced the stress of the process firsthand. I am really grateful for the whole teams help, they saved me a lot of money and made sure my housemates and I found a landlord we could trust and work with!

GoogleHouse was put up for sale on Thursday and sold on the Saturday (today) for the price I wanted. I can thoroughly recommend them for their customer service and ability to do what the previous estate agent couldnt do for the last 4 months. Superb!

GoogleThe second time in 2 years I have bought and sold via Karen, Claire and the staff in Ludgershall branch. Amazingly quick, professional and friendly service... even if you are the customer who flips between selling and renting like I did... Apparently buying and selling houses is a very stressful period.... Not if you use Brockenhurst, thank you once again for your work A+, (ps would give 10 stars if I could)

GoogleWhat can I say? The hard work and tenacity of Clare and her team were second to none. Through a protracted and challenging chain they were supportive, they chased down solicitors and other estate agents to provide regular updates. Clare is thoroughly professional, honest and knowledgeable. I would recommend Brockenhurst in Ludgershall to any prospective property buyer or seller, they were a pleasure to work with.

GoogleHaving being previously despondent with a previous estate agent on the selling of our house, I changed agent to Brockenhurst. From the onset they were highly professional; clearly motivated and focussed in selling our house. They were frank and honest concerning the realistic selling price set against the housing market trend - this was helpful in getting the house sold after a few months. Selling the house has been a team effort but in particularly the service provided by Karen and Clare has been of the highest quality and commitment.

GoogleWe recently sold our current property and exchanged yesterday with a completion date confirmed. We switched to Brockenhurst after viewing the property we have now secured. After 3 viewings the deal was done in a matter of 4 weeks. Claire and Karen were professional throughout delivering an excellent service. Highly recommended.

They were both instrumental in the process and helped us sell our property within a matter of weeks. We received an offer for the full asking price and could not be happier.
