GoogleI've just completed on my first home purchase in the UK and cannot recommend the team at Stonegate enough. Every person I've dealt with there have been fantastic, always friendly and helpful during what can be a very stressful time. A massive thanks to James and his entire team for all the efforts! GoogleThe team at Brockenhurst Basingstoke have been fantastic from start they were assisting throughout the purchase, the move and finding us a suitable tenant Lou has been absolutely brilliant about being present for every single viewing ,going through the detail of every fixture in the property and keeping me up-to-date with the progress on applications in the end found me a very suitable tenant .The transition has been fantastic. She worked really hard to get the references going and getting my property occupied in time. I cannot thank her enough for the guidance and patience she’s shown in getting this property up and running

GoogleStonegates Estates was appointed to sell Mum's house and purchase a new home for her. From the outset, the team were all professional, attentive and knowledgeable. We were fortunate to have Anne leading on both sale and purchase and she was amazing. Anne went above and beyond what we had expected, she kept us informed at every stage and was always so friendly whilst maintaining her professionalism. We all felt that Anne genuinely cared about helping Mum through the process with as little stress as possible. The other attributes Anne displayed throughout the process were her honesty and openness even when the news perhaps wasn't what we were hoping to hear - this was refreshing and very much appreciated. Keith was also very helpful and offered critical guidance at the very start of the process. I highly recommend appointing Stonegates. Anne is a complete star - thank you Anne.

Rosie was part of the process from the first viewing right through to moving in and even after settling in , she has been a constant help, a quick response and has made what can be an incredible stressful transition, a manageable and enjoyable one . Rosie has gone above and beyond for us , she doesn’t make anything seem like it’s too much and has kept communication between ourselves and the landlord efficient and simple. Second house we have rented using Brockenhurst and I would recommend to anyone . Thank you to the team and especially Rosie for a smooth move 😍

GoogleBrockenhurst have been excellent from the start. Our initial meeting with Lou gave us confidence in all aspects of their services. The photos and marketing were great and we secured lovely tenants within a couple of weeks. Both Lou and Rosie are extremely good at making us feel 'looked after' by taking all the pressure away from us. We are really happy with Brockenhurst who are continuing to manage our property and would certainly recommend them to anyone.

GoogleWithin two days of instructing Brockenhurst to put my property on the market, Rhys had conducted two viewings and sold to the property at asking price. The viewings were gained by the team ringing round potential buyers and asking if they wanted to view. At this point, no photos or videos of the property were taken. Once the offer was accepted, we moved within eight weeks. The team kept us updated throughout and communicated exceptionally well. So from putting the house on the market, accepting the offer, completing, and exchanging it was only 53 days! It would not have been that quick had it not been for the exceptional service of this amazing company!

GoogleI would really like to put in a deposit for a flat I saw online with this company but I cannot get a hold of anybody for the life of me, no email, phone, I put a viewing in with the website and all. Writing this review in hopes of actually hearing something back because I don’t want to let this place go.

GoogleLook at the state of property that is available to rent on their website. Even the prisons are cleaner than this. They think that students are some kind of animals.

GoogleTENANTS BEWARE!!!! If i could give this less then 1 star i would. As a tenant, we have been ignored, shunned and even i would say bullied from the manner and tone they email us with. We are just an issue to them! We moved in to a property they said has gas heating , but it didnt!!! But gas still runs to property to we still pay a service charge of £10 a month but estate agent and landlord will not respond!! Either landlord is away and they cant talk to them, or now a staff member is on annual leave abd so cant discuss!! This has gone on since august and instead of resolving they evicted and are selling house. Still will not give us any answers to the hundreds of £££££ it has cost us for gas we dont have !!!! I have attached emails from them for you to read the tone. They are rude and do not care about their tenant!

GoogleThey should be ashamed of what they're charging. £3k per month for a 3 bed flat on Muller Road, with one bedroom being barely bigger than the bed in it, a garden that looks like a bomb has been dropped on it, and with every single piece of furniture in the entire house looking like it's been rescued from the nearest recycling center. Disgusting.
Hi Alex, I think there's been a misunderstanding as we are not in control of the rents on our platform, we advise landlords/agents to ensure rents are at fair market rates, but we cannot change the rent on their behalf. We are really sorry that the property you found is not up to scratch, we've reported this to the agent, and we'd love to find you something that is better suited to you.
