Horrid A.i BOT company

What an absolute horrid company that sets up viewings all of which are A.I BOT auto scripted WhatsApp messages. I didn’t even get a viewing and they messaged be back 10 minutes later saying “thanks for the virtual viewing let us know what you thought below” firstly no one even called me up with a virtual viewing. My advice stay away from this idiotic A.I ROBOT company who are good for nothing.

Can't complain, great service!

My experience with Hybr so far has been great and the support has been amazing! Giuseppina has been sorting out our house and she has been super responsive, patient and helpful and explained the process amazingly. Me and my housemates are very excited about our house now because of the support and amazing customer service Giuseppina has been delivering to us so thank you. Definitely after dealing with bad agencies, it has been a breath of fresh air dealing with a great support team, and is amazing how quick they get back to us with any enquiries. Thank you to Vedant as well for the support at the beginning of the process and being able to explain pricing and being so understanding to us from a student point of view!

Amazing experience with Andrew Jones

I have had an amazing experience with HYBR especially with a very supportive employee at HYBR named ‘Andrew Jones’. Andrew has been incredibly helpful throughout the whole process was very informative about properties, was very reliable where I knew I could rely on him whenever I had any queries, in general Andrew has just been the perfect mentor. He has helped me so much to get through the difficult steps, and I can’t appreciate that enough. HYBR were great.Here is a list of some of the excellent service HYBR provided:-Always answered the phone. -HYBR took trouble to organise viewings outside of their regular process. -Emails from HYBR were well presented. -Their team didn’t get bored of helping.-Dealt with Hannah every time and she remembered who I was and what stage the tenancy had reached.-advice about ALL questions-Helped explain the jargon of a tenancy agreement and provided a well-presented PDF-advice on the suitability of their listed properties, i.e. travel times.I undoubtedly got an amazing service (free) and much better than my experience with estate agents, or other means such as gumtree or spare room. I would recommend every 1st year student in Bristol is directed straight to HYBR if their uni is part of the program. Good luck with your business.

Don’t use hyrbr!!! The agents we spoke to were always really nice and apologetic but the organisation of the agency itself was awful and our living conditions were severely effected by this - when we moved in the house hadn’t been cleaned at all and the rooms had previous tenants possessions that we had to sort though (including passports, rubbish, clothes, dishes etc.) regardless of them saying it’d been looked through by a man who laughed and said ‘good luck’ to my housemate when handing over the keys. We also were unable to use one of the rooms in the house (for 2 months) that was completely filled with old mattresses, broken bed frames, broken bits of wood - as no matter how many times we contacted hybr to come and clear the rubbish they kept pushing back the dates to do so while refusing our ask for a rent reduction (we were paying almost £700 a month for this under kept and unsafe property!!) due to the state of the house when moving in and the loss of the room. We also had severe leak and mould issues in two of the rooms and there was little to no communication in terms of when (or if!) work would take place and when we woke up to scaffolding outside of our bedroom windows (with no curtains because they were broken!) it was a surprise to us all. They also mistakingly didn’t collect three of our rents for one month (because one of our housemates paid in advance for 3 months - which they had been told prior) regardless of us saying multiple times that this was a mistake they repeatedly said it wasn’t and that we had all covered our rent so no payment was possible - only for, when the landlord replaced hybr for SU lettings, them to spam call me asking for £1,836 immediately - admitting it had actually been their mistake all along while simultaneously harassing us for the payment the same day. When SU lettings took over the property they said themselves that the state of the house when we moved in wasn’t acceptable and that alone meant we were guaranteed a return of our full deposits regardless of what it was like after we left due to the seriousness of the issues - since then we’ve had numerous works done to the property that were deemed unacceptable and unsafe by the new letting agents, that Hybr had played down or pushed aside. Overall, there were countless incidents like this that won’t fit in this review - but i would say that while the agents themselves (especially Giuseppina) were always lovely to speak to and as helpful as they could be - the company as a whole does not care about the living conditions of its tenants and unless there is little to no other choice will continue to ignore any issues as long as possible - i have lived in multiple student houses with different agencies and have never been treated with such a lack of respect or made to live in such disgusting conditions while paying extortive rent prices.

They should be ashamed of what they're charging. £3k per month for a 3 bed flat on Muller Road, with one bedroom being barely bigger than the bed in it, a garden that looks like a bomb has been dropped on it, and with every single piece of furniture in the entire house looking like it's been rescued from the nearest recycling center. Disgusting.

HYBR have been absolutely fantastic since I started working with them. Very responsive, efficient and they get the job done. Any issues are dealt with immediately and they have helped me with letting over 10 of my properties that have been successful tenancies with no problems. I have a personal communication with the staff which is very helpful as they are well aware about all of the issues related to the properties. They are extremely fair in pricing.
