The service provided by Hybr was absolutely exceptional, and I highly recommend it. My housemates and I were struggling to find a suitable house for six people, but after encountering several obstacles, Hybr was able to help us in just a few days. They even assisted us with managing our bills by setting us up with a student bill service, making it simpler for us to divide the bills among ourselves as flatmates. The support we received from Hybr was unparalleled, and our house is truly magnificent. I wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone in need of such services.

GoogleNobody responded to my phone call, they responded to my emails without actually reading them, online forms too rigid and no way to get responses to my questions. Clunky and difficult.

We talked on WhatsApp rather than email which was much quicker & they were able to get a quicker response from potential estate agents/ landlords. Made my life much easier. I’d send a quick text and they’d sort everything out for me, I highly recommend them.

After applying to view a flat with Hybr they got back to us within a couple of days with a viewing time, and we had to request to change the time as we were busy, but they immediately accommodated our specific request with a speedy reply. Since then the application process has been smooth and simple with their very helpful estate agent Giuseppina answering all our questions in a very friendly manner.

We initially read about Hannah/Hybr in a national newspaper. I contacted her and had several email conversations as well as follow up telephone conversations. Even though Hybr hadn't officially launched in Bath, we agreed it was worth a go and they didn't disappoint. Both our houses let very quickly and we have been delighted with the service in every way. Replies by email or a phone call are very quick and everyone we have dealt with has been brilliant. Certainly very happy to be part of the journey for this growing company and we wish them every success.

GoogleThis agency is unprofessional!! J exchanged a few emails with them and they promjsed me that the landlord will get back to me. After a few days I ringed them again and they told me rudely that I’m not the only student looking for accommodation and that they are busy. I don’t think it’s that difficult to set up an automatic reply saying that the property has become unavailable.

Absolutely amazing service, I could not recommend more. Me and my friend needed a house desperately, and Danielle managed to sort us out in less than 2 hours. She helped us even after her shift had finished and got us moved in. I have never been more supported and our house is absolutely beautiful. Also Guiseppina got us sorted out and replied to our messages extremely quickly. I cannot recommend it enough.

GoogleI love the goal of helping students but wish they were more responsive. Have tried calling, emailing, the chat service etc Edit in March They need to have an option to filter out "coming soon" properties from the website. Because truthfully they're not coming soon. Been on the waiting list for such properties since December and only one ever actually became available and it was apparently fully booked on viewings the same day. When I emailed I was told there was no guarantee the properties would actually become available at all. So they just have a bunch of unavailable properties cluttering the website

First contacted them by email to arrange a viewing. The place had been Let but they sent several other options. They asked about my budget, number of people, location, etc and matched me to various places. They also put me in touch with the landlady for one of the properties and even followed up with me later asking if I had heard from the landlady and what my plans were. Overall very very helpful staff. Would recommend!!
