Aug 21. The presentation they gave at the BIMM open day was great - sound ethos behind the company but but we found the images on the website poor and we really wanted to talk to someone as we had complex requirement but couldn't find a phone number.Jan 22: Can see the website has hugely improved and Hannah has promised to put a phone number on the contact us page.

GoogleWorst letting agency I have ever dealt with! Not even located in your area (in my case Bristol) they are all based in London and are no help. Will not be using again and will be advising other Landlords against these agents.

If you are at an independent university (i.e. BIMM) I cannot recommend Hybr enough! Small institutes and universities do not have the accomodation offers that red brick university’s can offer which makes it so hard to find housinf. But Hybr supported us thoroughly and i could not fault the housing process once from start to finish.

GoogleI recently had an outstanding experience with Hybr. From my first online inquiry, their response was prompt and within 72 hours, they contacted through phone and make a quick inquiry about rent .Got reply from private landlord in the next day. I personally recommend.

I was really excited to find Hybr as a company because finding a private rental property in alignment with university terms has proven really difficult and the reviews were very hopeful. Unfortunately, I haven't heard anything back, despite making the enquiries twice, for two separate properties.

Although you liaised directly with my agent for most of the process of acquiring tenants, as the Landlord I went from having no tenants to 4 students and then 5 with virtually no input from myself. It couldn't really have been easier.
