GoogleMy representative Paula from the Andover branch is a real “trooper.” I have always found her to be very warm and understanding. It is a compliment to your organisation to have a rep who listens. I have never found Paula the kind of person to fob you off. She follows up in a reasonable amount of time with any issues that have been discussed during her inspections. All in all you have a wonderful employee who is a credit to your company.

GoogleWe chose Brokenhurst to sell our home after a really impressive sales pitch from Clare. Our concerns as first time sellers were made clear to Clare on her visit and we told her communication was the main reason for our decision to use their company. Our house sold within a week and our case was passed onto Jo, our move manager. We heard from her twice once when our house sold and then the day before exchange, and only then because our buyer informed her of the completion date. We feel really let down, the reason we chose Brokenhurst, communication, was the worst part of their service.

GoogleRented my home through Brockenhurst Lettings and Hannah (yes I giggled at that too!) has been professional, helpful and friendly throughout. I know I am welcome to go back to them with any enquiries I may have and had a smooth experience viewing, dealing with the paperwork (seemlessly and electronically) and picking up the keys.

GoogleBrockenhurst has been extremely helpful and attentive with setting our minds at ease at the end of our tenancy and answering all manner of questions to help us through the journey. James Griffiths from the Ludgershall branch we have to say is cracking at his job and should be given some sort of award for putting up with us and the bombardment of emails we have sent him over the last few months. He has been very patient and given us the right information we needed to make the situation we were in very smooth and not as stressful as it could have been.

Very friendly and helpful in her approach and made me feel at ease at these stressful times. A true pleasure. Brockenhurst lettings not only have some of the best properties but they are some of the nicest in the industry. Thanks to Hannah for helping me acquire the place I wanted. A place I can call home. GoogleWe rented through Brockenhurst for just over 2 years. At first the service wasn't great with the original lettings team, but then I was put in contact with Paula Holewell. She was brilliant, a very lovely, kind and gentle person who is an asset to the Brockenhurst team. If it wasn't for Paula we probably wouldn't have stayed with Brockenhurst past 6 months. She listened and cared, and got all the issues sorted with the property. It was a joy to see her for inspection every 6 months. When we had our baby she often phoned us to check in on us and to see how the little one was. She's even been in contact since we moved out a few months ago. Thank you again Paula for all the hardwork, you were a star for us! I hope Brockenhurst reward you for all you do

GoogleI have just rented a property in Whitchurch via Brockenhurst, and I dealt with Hannah the whole way through. Unbelievably competent and efficient, everything was completed on time and with great communication. Really can’t overstate just how easy the whole process has been, a real relief and Hannah helped reduce the stress of renting a new place hugely. Exceptional service, and I don’t say that lightly!

GoogleI have rented a few properties over my adult life and Brockenhurst Lettings have been the best agents I have ever had. The team are attentive and quick to respond. The process of paperwork and moving in was made easy by their professionalism. I would highly recommend them as a letting agency . Great work in these difficult times.

Paula deals with our annual inspections and is friendly and easy to get along with. We are very happy with the service the whole team provides.

GooglePaula has done our annual inspection twice now and she is very friendly, helpful and listens and notes any maintenance issues however small. It was nice when she commented on how tasteful our choice of furniture and accessories were. Very easy to talk to. A great accolade to Brockenhurst

The HYBR team has been an incredible help!
