Aug 21. The presentation they gave at the BIMM open day was great - sound ethos behind the company but but we found the images on the website poor and we really wanted to talk to someone as we had complex requirement but couldn't find a phone number.Jan 22: Can see the website has hugely improved and Hannah has promised to put a phone number on the contact us page.

HYBR were great.Here is a list of some of the excellent service HYBR provided:-Always answered the phone. -HYBR took trouble to organise viewings outside of their regular process. -Emails from HYBR were well presented. -Their team didn’t get bored of helping.-Dealt with Hannah every time and she remembered who I was and what stage the tenancy had reached.-advice about ALL questions-Helped explain the jargon of a tenancy agreement and provided a well-presented PDF-advice on the suitability of their listed properties, i.e. travel times.I undoubtedly got an amazing service (free) and much better than my experience with estate agents, or other means such as gumtree or spare room. I would recommend every 1st year student in Bristol is directed straight to HYBR if their uni is part of the program. Good luck with your business.

GoogleEvery 6 months I have my inspection done by Paula Holywell who always makes me feel familiar in a way that is very welcome when you are letting someone roam around your house, a lovely lady who also gets the job done completely efficiently too Emma Smith has been a fantastic help to us when it comes to getting fixtures done at the property, she has responded through our emails quickly and with all the information I need whilst making sure any maintenance issues are being sorted as soon as possible.

GoogleHanded over my private contact details to the person who purchsed my property and told them to phone me with any issues. Have these guys even heard of GDPR and data protection? Who the heck wants to be constantly phoned by the owner of their previous property with issues, ridiculous.

GoogleThis is my 11th year as a landlord with Brockenhurst. I am very pleased with the service particulary with the current lettings team. We are going through a tenancy change next month and so far this seems to have been a very seamless, professional process.

GoogleI can't fault the experience i've had with Brockenhurst as a lettings agent, particularly the service provided by Paula who is always super responsive, helpful and reassuringly listens to any problem/issues that arise and deals with it promptly. I actually look forward to the 6 months inspection so we can have a little catch up 🙂 thank you
