GoogleI am new to the rental market. I needed to find a place really fast. Initially, they were fast and responsive. It was a bit frustrating that the process of renting wasn't fully explained to me and I found out by trial and error that added some stress to an already very stressful situation. Overall I'm satisfied with the service I received. Despite some overlooked requests to the team, long turnaround to urgent queries, some confusion when I went to collect they keys and unclear messaging - they got the job done.

GoogleAvoid this estate agent at all costs. This has been one of the worst experiences we have ever had with any supposed “professional” company. The lack of integrity and transparency from the agents is truly unbelievable. We asked to end the contract based on a catalogue of errors and failures by Brockenhurst, they said that they would only release us from the contract if we dropped our formal complaint and sent to them in writing that we would not leave any negative reviews. Both of which are fully within our rights to do, but shows they only care about their own image and not the impact and poor service they have on their customers.

GoogleThese people are simply amazing. Each individual contributes to a very organised and efficient team. Hannah in rentals (has really been tested), she has shown nothing but strength, patience and professionalism. Clare- has put us in an absolute amazing position with selling our house, she is simply fab. I will always recommend these guys, not just their renting and buying knowledge and expertise. But the friendly and professional manor each of them have is second to none. So a huge huge thank you "again" from me guys xx

GoogleI had a viewing today with Molly, rental team, at a local property and I must say she is amazing at her job. She really helped to sell the property to me and had the answer to any questions that I had. She was very professional and approachable and has helped to make the rental process a lot easier. She is a massive asset to the team at Brockenhurst.

Hi Henry, we're so sorry you had a negative experience in one of the properties we took over managing. We pride ourselves on being the best marketplace matching students to properties, but we're new at managing. Thank you for your feedback. We have looked into your feedback and we have now only deducted £26.85 from each of your deposits to cover the carpet clean (due to stains) and a broken bannister. It was difficult for us to get staff into the property that fit your schedules and due to staff shielding during Covid. However, we promise to do better and we will make sure no other tenant has this experience. Thank you again for your feedback and for helping us be better. We wish you all the best going forward.

GoogleThis agency is unprofessional!! J exchanged a few emails with them and they promjsed me that the landlord will get back to me. After a few days I ringed them again and they told me rudely that I’m not the only student looking for accommodation and that they are busy. I don’t think it’s that difficult to set up an automatic reply saying that the property has become unavailable.

If you are at an independent university (i.e. BIMM) I cannot recommend Hybr enough! Small institutes and universities do not have the accomodation offers that red brick university’s can offer which makes it so hard to find housinf. But Hybr supported us thoroughly and i could not fault the housing process once from start to finish.
