GoogleWe have used Howkins and Harrison for a while now for our small portfolio of property's , There are so helpful always on the ball , and nothing is to big or small ,and will arrange all maintenance for property's they keep you in touch with everything they have found us brilliant tenants and we have had no problems with them , they do everything at a acceptable rate, We feel they have every thing in hand and don't have any worries with our property's and that they are in safe hands We would recommend them 100% Mark and his team are very friendly and willing to help with anything you need

GoogleKO Cleaning Ltd is a cleaning contractor company for Howkins and Harrison for more then 3 years and they always provide a good customer service and the employees always been nice and polite . I recommend them as an estate agent for most of my friends and familly and will never hesitate to recomand them as company.

He paid particular attention when I first spoke to him about the property I want and he contacted me the very same afternoon for viewing. GoogleHaving been a customer of Howkins and Harrison for over 4 years I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants an agent that takes the time to look after you from day one. I found the staff in the lettings to be very polite and keen to help in any way. So if your looking for a superior letting agents then here it is. Cheers guys

GoogleMe and my partner were looking for a place to rent for ages and every estate agent made it more difficult to do that. This one is the only estate agents that returned calls and kept us up to date on what was going on. I would recommend using howkins and Harrison over any other estate agents in Northampton.

GoogleIf there was a 6th star I'll give it. They are by far the best agents I've ever worked with. I was in a desperate situation I needed a flat urgently to house my husband who had just been granted stay in the country and was due to come that week. My Estate agent Javed , was very empathetic to my situation and pulled out all the strings to get me moved in that week. They are absolute life savers would recommend them to anybody.

GoogleAfter receiving such good service from H&H with letting out a previous property, I took no hesitation in letting out my next property on Hawksmoor Way. I was glad to receive the same level of service and another tenant was secured promptly. As an investor, I will be sure to use H&H moving forward with the letting of my other properties.

GoogleOver the last two decades I have had a lot of dealings with Estate and Lettings Agents both professionally and for personal reasons. I can honestly say that few measure up to the professional standards to be found at Howkins & Harrison. I would trust them to handle any transaction whether buying, selling or finding good tenants as they are interested in achieving a good outcome for the customer, unlike some of their competitors who are just commission focussed.
