GoogleJenny is a highly accomplished sales negotiator. She has an eye for detail and a relentless drive to ensure the requisite result. A formidable and pro-active ally to have on your side handling a deal. Jenny is also friendly and amiable however the above mentioned points are what really matters when buying or selling a property.

GoogleWe've recently sold our house through Howkins and been supported by Clair and the Howkins team all the way through. Many of us only change home a few times in our lives so it's a pretty big deal, having someone on the end of the phone to advise and update on what's happening in terms you can understand and a very friendly nature can make the world of difference. GoogleI’ve owned a rental property in Daventry for more than a decade, while living in the North of England. Hawkin’s & Harrison have always managed it competently and professionally. They couldn’t have made it easier to maintain the place from afar; always on top of anything that required doing, whilst keeping me well informed and seeking permission when necessary. Their management fee is very reasonable and they’ve been consistently responsive and helpful. When it came to selling, it was never in doubt that they should handle the transaction and I’m equally grateful to the sales team - they secured a sale before we’d even finalised the brochure and their tenacity in making sure that everything kept ticking through was so much needed. Working full time, I wasn’t able to keep chasing the various parties, but H&H did it for me, which I really appreciated. Flawless services from both rental and sales team - highly recommended.

GoogleSelling a unique property like ours was always going to be difficult. The first serious offer came within the first week but unfortunately fell through. After numerous viewings and no firm offers, we had considered taking our house off the market, but Jenny convinced us that the price was right, the property was a viable seller and we should just hang on. Within a week the house was sold. Jenny and the team did everything that was expected, they sold our house at the price we were looking for. And always with a smile. Thanks to H&H.

GoogleSuch a professional and friendly service from Howkins & Harrison. Our agent Jenny Ponder has been wonderful along with her manager Andy. In our opinion she has gone over and above what was expected from an estate agent. I think she must also have a degree in diplomacy! GoogleI purchased my property via Howkins, Daventry and sold through another agent. Jenny kept me informed of the sale/purchase progress when in fact it wasn't even her responsibility to do so. She was approachable, honest, professional, friendly and extremely helpful and I wouldn't hesitate to use again or recommend to friends and family for future house sales/purchases... keep up the good work Jenny, they are lucky to have you 10/10
