We recently sold our property through the Howkins & Harrison team in Towcester and cannot thank them enough for the way they dealt with our transaction. Martin & Karen on the Sales side were great at communicating with us throughout the whole procedure - we felt we were in very capable hands and nothing was too much trouble for them. The whole team are extremely personable and make you feel as if you are the only client they are dealing with. The lady who answers the phone lacks in basic manners, and frankly quite rude to talk to. I tried to get some information about a previous property, I gave a location assuming it would still be on there system. In response I got a poor attitude and no interest in helping me with my query. What a shame.

Hello everybody, the worst people I dealt with..., mainly Nigel Underwood Commercial Manager, not respectful person..., started by our first appointment for a viewing..., he was late ... and I had to call and text him several times to inform him that I was waiting for him out of the shop ... he turned up very late ... and regret not stopped dealing with him on that time ...because he already showed his non seriousness ... he wasted four month of my time ... and now the shop is not let 7 month after ... it seems the landlord has removed his shop from this non serious people ...!
