Just wanted to leave a comment on how amazing our experience has been so far. My husband and I viewed a property with estate agent Jenny Ponder on 30th October. Unlike many viewings we have had with other estate agents, Jenny was so friendly , honest and super enthusiastic from the get go. Often our experience has been that we almost felt we were an inconvenience to the estate agent that was showing us round - but not with Jenny. She is passionate and was extremely respectful in her service to the vendor too - it felt very personal. Jenny said she would keep in contact with us throughout the day (which she did), she called when she said she would and she was organised, professional but totally approachable and friendly. We have been lucky to have had our offer accepted and will hopefully deal with Jenny throughout!

Excellent professional advice throughout the process of selling my deceased father’s house. Everyone was helpful and clearly completely on top of the situation as the sale progressed. Came down from Scotland for a gruelling week of house hunting in rural Northants, Beds and Bucks using a number of estate agents.I recognise the difficulty the COVID-19 pandemic has caused those involved with property sales and delighted to say all the agents we used were meticulous in managing viewings.I was particularly impressed with the performance of the staff at Howkins and Harrison. Very professional , knew their geographical area and were extremely helpful. Sadly for them I bought a house with another agent, no fault of theirs though. If I have to sell the house I’m buying Howkins and Harrison will receive the instruction.Particular thanks to Holly, Karen and Julian.

Dreadful company. Fence blew down 2 weeks ago. They've done nothing. Absolutely useless company. Don't get involved with them.

GoogleGreat service from Andrew and his team in Ashby. Very professional from start to finish, with great photo's, lovely glossy details and accompanied viewings. Sold the house within 2 weeks, at a price 10% higher than that proposed by another local agent and completed the whole process within 10 weeks. Regular communication was received throughout the process to keep us advised on progress. The team that dealt with us are all stars, many thanks to - Emily, Jackie, and Christine.

GoogleWe had a complex, long and stressful sale and purchase, with a relatively long chain. Throughout, the staff at Howkins & Harrison were supremely professional, diligent and constantly engaged in ensuring that the thing didn’t fall down. Jackie predominantly dealt with matters, but Andrew and Emily were also involved. Nothing as too much trouble; communication was perfect, and there was a ‘can-do’ approach taken to everything. I would recommend this firm unreservedly.

GoogleGreat service from start to finish. The residential team, led by Andrew, were first class. His knowledge and experience helped us to consider a couple of options, price the house for a smooth sale and to understand the process. Emily, Jackie and the office team kept us updated throughout the process to completion with regular updates, suggestion and help. I'd suggest for selling a property they are the only team in town to consider.
