This second time renting through Howkins & Harrison and I have remained impressed by how quick and efficient they work. Evie Kondracki has been very professional while still being approachable and I could always reach her if I had any queries. From the initial viewing until the signing of contracts, it only took a bit over a week and I could move into the new property early which was amazing. Drew Stewart at Howkins & Harrison has successfully negotiated contracts on my behalf with the previous landlord. He was professional, approachable and helpful.

GoogleWe had an excellent experience with Howkins & Harrison - we were dealing primarily with Evie. We were on a very tight schedule to find something 2 weeks prior to Christmas and she could not have made the process easier. From initial contact (including actually getting back to us unlike other agencies) she was friendly, professional and understanding. Evie did a couple of viewings for me and also explained the next steps for me clearly and without overwhelming me with unnecessary information which I definitely appreciated. With her help we managed to secure a place before Christmas which was amazing! I was also impressed with Howkins and Harrison generally as when we went to pick up our keys, Evie wasn't able to be there but her colleague was very efficient and knew to expect us which meant that also went very smoothly. Would definitely recommend them to others!

Having moved into the area after selling our property in Cheshire in 2021, we were hoping to find a property very quickly as we were cash buyers. We wanted to downsize. But then the property market went ‘crazy’. We basically gave the brief to the Ashby team that we would consider anything! They sent us lots of properties via email - Jackie is very efficient - and we eventually bought a small 2 bed semi detached through the Ashby office. The service they gave us was excellent. Although wanting to downsize we knew the house was too small so we spoke to them and gave them a price we would be willing to pay. Again, so helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Jackie has been marvellous. A mention too for Andrew. He showed us around most of the properties we viewed. He was also very knowledgable about the Ashby area. We have now found a house. Unfortunately it isn’t one of Howkins & Harrison’s properties but we very much appreciate the excellent service we have received from Ashby office. When we come to sell our current house we will definitely have them out to value it.

GoogleEver wondered why Estate agents have a bad reputation - we were kept waiting 3 days to be allowed to view a property, drove 15 miles for a 10.00 am viewing, at 9:55 am we received a phone call to be informed the property was SOLD, absolutely disgraceful behaviour, we feel used and abused. You should be ashamed Howkins and Harrison.
We are very sorry to hear about your unsatisfactory experience with us. Unfortunately, on this occasion, an offer was received and accepted by the vendor on the morning of your arranged viewing, leaving little option but to cancel your viewing. We can only apologise for the inconvenience caused by this.

GoogleI have recently put my property on the market with Howkins & Harrison (Rugby Branch). I have bought and sold houses over the last 30 plus years, I have seen attitudes in how some estate agents behave and just see their clients as their commision and pay packet. These are the agents that sadly give the estate agency industry a bad name. From my first initial contact with the team to having my property valued, and then being marketed I am beyond impressed with how this Estate Agent goes above and beyond for their clients. I have been met with nothing but proffesional standards, courteousness and kindness, which is huge for me. It is evidently clear after speaking to the team at H&H and witnessing first hand, just how dedicated they are to their clients and how passionate they are about their jobs. It makes a refreshing change to see this, and gives me confidence knowing I have chosen the right agent to market and sell my property. Denise, Julie, Claire, and Jane thank you for everything that you have done for me and continue to do too, you have all taken so much pressure of me so I have little to be worried about with regards my sale, I cannot thank you enough for that.
