GoogleAs a landlord, renting out a property can be fraught with issues but when you have Lisa Swinnerton looking after your pad the issues tend to melt away. Lisa is on the ball, efficient and knowledgeable about all things 'rent'. A huge asset to Howkins Harrison.

GoogleClair and the team worked hard to get our purchase over the line. Throughout the last weeks of our purchase I called to reach Clair most days, at every call she either was there to receive it or called back within an hour. As solicitors were being slow and causing delays, Clair worked hard to push the solicitors in the chain and communicated between the sellers and us to keep us in the loop and aware of what was happening. Our purchase would have taken significantly longer if it wasn't for Clair consistently requesting updates from the solicitors! I felt supported and the frequent contact from Howkins and Harrison was reassuring and helpful.

I have rented through Howkins and Harrison for almost two years. From start to finish their staff have been fabulous! Everything was dealt with quickly and efficiently and nothing was ever too much trouble. The letting agent, Lisa Swinnerton, always went above and beyond to make sure my first renting experience in over twenty years wasn’t too scary and I can’t thank her enough. I hope not to need to rent again in the future but, should I need to, I would definitely return to this agents.

In particular Mark Glenn, with whom we have worked work with for over 10 years with respect to our rental property. He has always offered very good and fair advice, when needed and made our life as landlords much easier. And thank you to Jamie, even though we changed our minds about selling! GoogleSecond time renting though Howkins & Harrison and have remained impressed by how quick and efficient they work. Evie Kondracki has been very professional while still being approachable and I could always reach her if I had any queries. From the initial viewing until the signing of contracts it only took a bit over a week and I was able to move into the new property early which was amazing. Other personnel at Howkins & Harrison who has successfully negotiated contracts on my behalf with the previous landlord is Drew Stewart. He was professional and, approachable and helpful
