We sold our house earlier this month with Howkins & Harrison and all of the team were friendly, helpful and professional. Julie initially came to value the property, with Clair taking over communication once the house was on the market. Claire was brilliant, one step ahead of everyone in the process. Although it took nearly a year through to completion, with many hiccups along the way Clair was giving us regular updates ensuring we were fully informed at every point. We achieved the best outcome in a difficult market, supported by great marketing. The level of professionalism and communication I have received has been second to none. GoogleDrew Stewart always deals with any maintenance issues swiftly and is very professional in his conduct. I urgently needed assistance with my boiler. I kept having to turn it on to get hot water. Drew was able to communicate with landlord immediately. Get intouch with a contractor who deals with boilers and now I have a new boiler.

GoogleH&H were excellent throughout our sale. We had a change of circumstances and ended up almost selling then pausing for around a year before selling again and the service picked up seamlessly from where it left off. Angela, Kate and the team were friendly and professional and constantly chased up solicitors and the other estate agent in our chain to keep things on track.
