GoogleFollowing a recommendation I asked Matt at Howkins and Harrison Ashby to value my property. I also had a number of other valuations but chose Howkins & Harrison as I was impressed by their friendly professionalism. I am sure I shall forget someone if I name names, but without exception the service received was outstanding and my sale was completed in just 10 weeks! Also worth noting that their suggested price for the sale was among the higher ones but I felt that they understood the market and am delighted with the outcome. Congratulations to all!

We had a fantastic experience dealing with Maddie Dry at Howkins & Harrison throughout the purchase of our new home. Maddie was excellent from start to finish. She was always friendly, approachable and, most importantly, kept us well informed throughout what could at times be a very stressful process. Her communication was consistently clear and prompt, and she was always happy to help whenever we had questions or needed an update. What really stood out was how helpful Maddie and her colleagues were when dealing with some particularly difficult solicitors. They went above and beyond to keep things moving, chased matters when necessary and did everything they could to help get the purchase over the line. This was especially appreciated given that they were acting on behalf of the sellers, yet they remained incredibly supportive and professional throughout. We sold our house earlier this month with Howkins & Harrison and all of the team were friendly, helpful and professional. Julie initially came to value the property, with Clair taking over communication once the house was on the market. Claire was brilliant, one step ahead of everyone in the process. Although it took nearly a year through to completion, with many hiccups along the way Clair was giving us regular updates ensuring we were fully informed at every point. We achieved the best outcome in a difficult market, supported by great marketing. The level of professionalism and communication I have received has been second to none.
