GoogleWe have just had the best experience we could ask for from Lisa Swinnerton! She really is the best, we had a viewing and she showed us round and really listened to what we needed, and she helped us so much! Now we get the keys next Thursday. We are so grateful for all her help, very kind and helpful would recommend to everyone to go to this estate agents and definitely speak to Lisa 🙂 Thank you again!

GoogleI have been liaising with Lisa Swinnerton, from the Atherstone branch , for a rental property, from the minute I met Lisa at the property for a viewing I knew I was in safe hands, she is very knowledgeable and professional at what he does. She is also very honest and nothing is too much trouble for her, I had lots of questions and concerns but Lisa was so supportive, when I decided the property was for me Lisa helped with the acceptance and did everything she could to make me successful. when I was accepted Lisa's support didn't stop there, she was efficient and sent all the required documents to me for signing and making this a seamless process for me. Lisa is absolutely amazing I couldn't recommend Lisa and Howkins and Harrison enough.

GoogleWe have just sold our house with Howkins and Harrison and the experience has been nothing but positive from start to finish. Karen and Amy have been absolutely fantastic, always so friendly and accommodating and their communication has been great, we felt completely up to speed throughout the whole process. We also viewed a number of houses through them and again received the same warm and friendly approach from Huw. I would not hesitate to use Howkins and Harrison if we were to sell again and would highly recommend their services.

After experiencing some shocking behaviour from a rival agents I moved my landlords business too H&H in Northampton. Its been dealt with by Mark Glenn for 7 years now and I cannot recommend this bloke enough.From the initial contact to managing the tenants and all the drama that manifests itself, He's dealt with it way above my expectations.I've had to deal with multiple agents over the years and have always loathed the experience. Mark and H&H team are so easy to work with. Any queries or issues are answered or resolved with the upmost efficiency.Please give him a pay rise!

GoogleRepeatedly excellent service when selling or buying property. David and Jamie are both brilliant, get things done and always come back to you very quickly. Not pushy at all, just honest and fair with their valuations, communication and general dealings. I've used them a few times and the experience has always been the same. They're a breath of fresh air, some of the other agents I had to value were outright lying or playing pretty underhand tactics to try and get me to sell with them. Jamie, on the other hand, just came for a chat - all up front, the good, the bad, the ugly and the easily repairable, all was laid on the table. I'll be using them again when I next get the chance

I've used Howkins and Harrison 3 times now, twice when purchasing and once when selling. Throughout all of those transactions, David and Jamie in Northampton have been completely fair and proactive in chasing things up. None of them at the branch exhibit any of the stereotypical estate agent vibes, which is what made me go with them above all else when selling. I had a few agents to value and one of them tried to push me into signing with pretty underhand tactics. Jamie just came for a chat, explained how he would do things and was upfront with what was good and bad about the house, and anything that could cheap and easily be remedied. Throughout the selling process, my buyers have had some things they wanted changing, or the agreed price altering - Jamie and David were brilliant at being fair and sitting in the middle, ensuring it was as fair as possible on both sides. Most people you talk to (including me with most other agents!) come out of the house purchase/sale process feeling like the estate agents have done very little for their comission, but with Howkins and Harrison I always feel they have earned it, and the deal wouldn't have happened anywhere near as easily without them. Would thoroughly recommend and will be using them again the next time I come to sell.

Old review before when our review was asked for their agency: Highly recommend Howkins & Harrison to anyone looking to rent a property. We had a few concerns and Lisa (lettings manager) not only just listened patiently but also reassured us and made sure our concerns were dealt with promptly. I am very satisfied with this agency as a tenant and would recommend Lisa Swinnerton to anyone looking for a good property agent. Efficient, professional and very friendly!
