With her positive approach and sunny personality she kept everyone calm and was very professional but with a personal touch. Drew Stewart called me as soon as he was forwarded my email about a maintenance and security issue at Sussex Court Northampton. I thought that was excellent, fast service even though the problem had since been resolved so didn't need to have any further action. He later emailed me directly giving his direct email (as opposed to the northlets account in case there were any further, similar issues. Again, i thought that was excellent service.

Regrettably have left the property due to personal circumstances. Throughout the whole process Lisa at Atherstone branch has been AMAZING! From that first call/ email to say I would be leaving, to check out she has been so helpful, speedy reference for new landlord. Answered all my questions quickly. I am going to a new estate agents and they have been so unhelpful, from references to collecting my keys they were just lax and took their time to answer emails. I was truly grateful for Lisa who took a weight of my shoulders whilst moving but made everyone else seem unprofessional. GoogleTeam working in Daventry Branch amazing! We did got an appointment on Monday to view the property and Friday got an answer that all references passed and we got a house. 5 days seriously??? Good luck to find anywhere else such a quick responding team with focus on details and great communication. ( Ofcourse we did our part straight forward) Sarah - Not only showed property but sorted all paperwork, good communication by e-mails / phone and had very open communication.
