GoogleI was a first time buyer trying to beat the March 31st deadline e. I started the process relatively late so it could have been a touch and go but Clair and team were amazing and very pro-active, helping push the transaction along. They were very professional and approachable.

GoogleHowkins & Harrison have been the letting agent at the house I've been renting for the past 7 years. Lisa Swinnerton has always been very professional when dealing with us. Always prompt in answering emails and getting any repairmen out to fix any issues. Always pleasant when coming to do house inspections, and always just a friendly person to talk to. We never had any issues with her or the team. If you have a house to rent out and are looking for a letting agent, I would highly recommend them. Satisfied Renter VSP

Kate and her team from the Ashby lettings office were tremendous. Our house went on the market to let on Thursday and was let to the first family through the door to view it on the following Tuesday. Kate took the time to qualify all of the enquiries and only allowed those which she considered to be suitable applicants to view the property. Kate's attention to detail, support and guidance throughout the whole process have been absolutely fantastic and massively appreciated.

Drew and the Howkins team swiftly secured a new tenant and made the whole changeover process smooth with minimal input needed from us as landlords. This is exactly the service we pay for and feels like money well spent as the new tenant settles in.

GoogleAfter a final inspection I was told there would a one deduction for a broken blind which I agreed to as I was aware of the damage. Since final inspection, a further deduction for another blind was added and despite several emails back and forth, no evidence was provided for the second broken blind. I was then assured that I would NOT be charged for the second blind. I then received another email from a different member of staff stating I WOULD be charged. The lack of clear communication and lack of evidence for deductions is unacceptable. I have now had to dispute through TDS. Whilst living at the property I let so many things slide (like the fact my heating was never fixed despite me asking) and now I am being charged for things that were not broken when I left. I would not recommend this agency.

GoogleI previously listed with Bosley Knight but absolutely nothing was done in over 6 weeks, it wasn’t until I met Lisa from Hoskins & Harrison that I realised how the process should work. She viewed and she listed property within a day and found a tennant 2 days later. All sorted, hassle free. Brilliant

GoogleTenants and landlords AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Lisa has been the worst person to talk to and deal with. We have always had good relationships with all our previous letting managers. The whole servive has been extremely unprofessional. Landlord kept calling myself on the phone which was against the rules and regulations. Surprise visits by the landlord to "oversee outside work" but kept coming in. Landlords friends kept horses on the property without consent. Landlord used to come with plumber each time gas checks needed to be done and electric checks and despite complaining to Lisa, nothing was done. Would not recommend to any tenant whatsoever!!!!
