GoogleMe and my partner have rented a property through Howkins and Harrison. It was our first rental through an agency and I can say they have been very impressed with the service they provide. In particular Evie… she was so helpful throughout the tenancy; even after the tenancy had finished she had no issue helping us with a reference for a new property. She was always available for any questions and problems we had during our tenancy too. Would highly recommend H&H, and Evie- thank you. X

GoogleWe sold our house in Towcester through Howkins & Harrison. The whole team were great, friendly and very helpful. We needed our sale to progress quickly and they helped us achieve that. They stood out from the start, (taking the time to ensure all those likely to do viewings knew the property well) through to coordinating rather frantic phone calls trying to get everything completed by our target completion date. Amy and Cally deserve special mention for always being so positive and responsive. Thank you 😊

GoogleA long way to go in our sale but thought I'd write up a short review, about our experience with Howkins & Harrison, so far. Our time line was short, and we needed a quick change of agents. Karen and her team were super speedy to react and we were on the market within a few days. Service was great and the brochure and photo's were outstanding. Fast forward to viewings and Amy's ability to sell. Whilst my wife has dealt with most of the contact between H&H and ourselves, my understanding is Amy has been awesome and has a real knack of making potential buyers feel welcome. Fingers crossed it all goes well from here!

We were extremely happy with Jamie and his team who helped us get an offer accepted for our new house at the back end of 2024. Jamie was highly attentive and accommodating throughout the buying process, allowing us to view the property 4 times, answer any questions we had, and aid us in pushing the solicitors for answers which ultimately helped us move in before the stamp duty changes came into effect on April 1st 2025.

GoogleWe sold our house with Howkins and Harrison in 2025. They were excellent throughout the experience, from photos and listing, through the viewings and all the way to sale. They give us the confidence that they knew their stuff all the way through the process, and were calm and reassuring even through the times when things got a bit bumpy. For example, through no fault of theirs we lost our first buyer, and they very quickly sprang back into action arranging new viewings and were reassuring about getting us back on track.
