GoogleGreat real estate agency. Nina was the best agent possible, amazing service, follow up, and support. She helped me find the best flat I could found and made sure that all the agreements and requests where feasible. It was an easy process considering that this is my first time renting a flat in UK. Additionally the rest of the team was also really helpful and effective. Solid recommendation. Cheers

GoogleRecently sold my Camden flat via Hotblack Desiato. It did take a wee while to get started but I was encouraged by the calm and professional support of Stuart throughout. He was very knowledgeable about the area and the London market and had a great understanding of the complexities of leasehold property. I felt reassured throughout; something especially important to me as I was selling 'at a distance' while caring for my mother. I am grateful for his support and positive outcome.

GoogleThis review is specifically about Elena who is just a completely excellent badass property manager for the place I'm renting. She sorts things out immediately, sends people who get the job done. No time is wasted. She doesn't hesitate to step in and sort out issues. She's the perfect person to have taking care of your place.

GoogleI rented my flat through Hotblack Desiato and would highly recommend them. They provided invaluable advice in getting the flat ready, including connecting me to some top rate contractors. When it was ready they found great tenants within a couple of days.

TrustpilotGreat local agent
I couldn't recommend Gino at Hotblack Desiato more highly - he helped me secure a brilliant rental property in an amazing location in Highbury in a really competitive rental market. I needed somewhere quickly and he was so responsive and commited to finding me what I needed. He also proactively followed up and resolved all questions and issues really quickly, without any chasing. My previous experince of moving house in London has been stressful and impersonal - this was completely different as I felt like I had a nice human helping me along the way!

TrustpilotExcellent tenancy finder / management service
Hot Black Desiato have found us good tenants over nearly a decade for different apartments. I've also been impressed by their management service: Daniel, Diriye and the team are efficient and detail-oriented, and helpful with questions. It's great to work with an agency long-term, who you know you can rely on and don't need to chase up! Also find their systems of document organisation etc good.

TrustpilotGreat team and a seamless process
Drummed up a significant amount of interest for the launch weekend and delivered an offer over asking price from a good buyer. Above all else, they are really nice people to work with (unlike some others in the area!)

TrustpilotBeyond expectations
How can I say? When I decided to sell my flat I went back to the agency where I bought it in the first place and I was right. I met a professional team: young, dynamic and motivated people with the human touch. They took care of everything step by step. Mehdad especially was very helpful beyond my expectations. I truly recommend it. Liana

TrustpilotPositive Selling Experience
I recently completed on the sale of my flat (having purchased through Hotblack a few years ago). They did a wonderful job in terms of listing and viewing the property. I felt they were easy to communicate with and provided me with honest and valuable advice throughout. Selling a flat is inevitably stressful; the agents at Hotblack were perpetually positive and supportive. I am very grateful to everyone involved in the process, Mehdad and Charlie in particular. Hotblack Desiato stand out for me (in comparison to other estate agents I have dealt with); they were calm and straightforward. I felt confident of a good outcome by choosing them.
