Hello Nadia, Having spoken to the team about your review and now knowing the facts your statement above is false. You did make an offer with Horton and Garton and our client accepted your offer however you never appointed a solicitor in 8 weeks since the sale was agreed and when you finally did our clients patience was exhausted, there was no survey and no contract of sale was ever sent/received. Our aim throughout was to keep you fully updated; we believe our team did so at each stage of the process and our administration team was in touch to advise of the tenancy move-in processes. However, the final decision ultimately lay with the landlord. Following the context provided within your email and the concerns raised within this correspondence, the landlord chose to withdraw their acceptance on this basis. As soon as we were informed of this decision, we arranged for the holding deposit to be refunded promptly. While we appreciate that this was a disappointing outcome, we wish you all the very best with your onward move. My findings were that we acted promptly and professionally in updating you with the landlords decision not to move forward with your offer and also returning your deposit.
