GoogleHome wise are very helpful, and Rhonda has been very good, but reducing our home is not the problem as quoted from our PROPERTY AGENT. I know RHONDA is doing her best but I told her over and over again its the situation out there, we are very down at present and want to move especially as there are 2 bungalows we are interested in but every one is in the same boat just hope agent moving photos around might help. We so want tom move.

GoogleThe process of getting a lifetime lease has been amazing. The information has been clear and concise from day one and carried on throughout each stage. I have had a real feeling that homewise really want to make sure that both the property you are buying and the lifetime lease are the right fit for you and are very thorough. Our dealings initially with Gary and then later with Rhonda our account manager have been very professional and also very easy. They take the strain of liaising with all parties in the chain so that you don't have to. Lastly, the flexibility of this product is also amazing. We discovered that we can take the lease with us to a new property should we need to move and not pay any penalties other than the normal moving costs. Highly recommended

Whilst we will always do our utmost to secure our customer’s chosen property, I understand that in this instance the Home for Life Plan was unfortunately not a viable option to assist in the purchase of your mum’s desired property due to lease restrictions which were beyond our control. GoogleDon't rely on the website calculator, it's a draw you in quote. My mother has been quoted £40k higher than the calculator showed as an unhealthy 83-year-old with an average family life expectancy of mid eighties. The equivalent in rental sum they want to charge for a lifetime would in real terms run until she'd be 104! We're looking at other options.

GoogleEmbarking on the Home for Life Plan requires serious thought and consideration and will not be the right choice for everyone. The Homewise website is comprehensive but does, as you might expect, tend to accentuate the benefits of the scheme. It is, therefore, essential that you prepare a full list of questions before making that first call. I spoke initially to Kayleigh who answered my questions fully and explained in detail how the Plan works and the concept of a Lifetime Lease. This was done in a friendly and professional way without any ‘pushy’ sales talk. Having decided that I wished to proceed I was introduced to Rhonda, my Account Manager, who has guided me through the process to date. She has been extremely helpful and supportive and has kept in touch on a weekly basis throughout the long period it took for me to sell my house and find my next home. It should be emphasized that, in my experience, every aspect of the Plan was explained fully and with plenty of opportunity to ask questions. With this in mind I am confident that I’ve made the right decision.

GoogleMaybe We are first time deaf couple clients to Homewise and we consider ourselves extremely lucky to have Rhonda Wilkins as our account manager. She is very patient with us to find the right property of our dream. We discussed this through SignVideo/Zoom via BSL interpreter a few times. Everything is explained fully to us in an open and honest and makes the process for new home a nice easy experience.Rhonda is a true professional and an absolute credit to Homewise

GoogleVery good professional service from Rhonda and her team throughout as it was a bit difficult at the start as we are both Deaf and explained to them about Deaf Awareness and using BSL interpreters through zoom and made the communication between us and Rhonda and her team more effective! We are hoping before long get our home through Homewise as the process is going well so far! Fingers crosses! Can’t thank Rhonda enough from the bottom of our hearts! Andrew and Sonia
