GoogleVery poor customer service. Was promised a call back on a property enquiry and never received a call. Called back myself two days later to be told I'd receive a call in 10 minutes as the relevant colleague was on the other line. Again the cell never came. Very poor

GoogleHolroyds (Bingley) - SALES were really helpful when buying a property. Bethan, Lee and Gill have always been incredibly supportive. Gill provided such a supportive role through the sales progression and in all honesty, she is a real source of support throughout.

GoogleSo much junk on the screen. Pop ups. Concealing the property you want to look at. Talk about not seeing the wood for the trees. Might as well search for the same property on zoopla because there are more photos and no annoying pop ups

GoogleI am looking at buying a 2nd property. Beth at Holyroyds is amazing 💫. She kept me informed even when she was waiting to get hold of vendors just to let me know that she hadn’t forgotten. I do however think that the web chat is very poor I won’t be using that again. Whoever was handling my ‘chat’ clearly did not read my messages and asked me for information that I’d already given at least once already. Very poor customer experience but then Beth made up for that. 🤣🤣PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleCan not praise Ben enough. Helped us find a mortgage for our first home and has been exceptional from start to finish. Always at the end of the phone and always makes you feel prioritised. Thank you for all your hard work.
