Throughout our dealings with Chris and his team @ Holroyds we have always been dealt with in a friendly and very professional manner. We were kept informed throughout the sale and advised on a regular basis regarding how the marketing of the property was progressing. We were informed post viewings with an open and honest review of the visit and always delivered a verbal report of the likelihood of a sale. The easiness of putting the property on the market through the internet and knowing what customers are out there to finding the right buyer has exceed all my expectations and because there has been no chain has made the experience less stressful.. Chris, Julie and Ben have been very helpful and kept us informed with all the stages of selling the property from advising solicitors to arranging second looks and for allowing surveyors entry.

Most rental agents do charge for the organisation of renewing a tenancy and the work the is involved. is highlighted at the start of each tenancy and is transparent on our website for tenants and landlords to see.
