GoogleJack at Holroyds Baildon did a fabulous job keeping the wheels of the sale moving. One aspect of the Holroyd service I really appreciated was Jack called everyone every week (the buyer, their solicitor, my solicitors, my onward’s estate agent) and then called me to provide full rounded update, meaning I didn’t need to chase these firms myself. The Holroyds agents are very friendly and always optimistic. Thanks team.

GoogleAs a first time buyer, I highly recommend Holyroyd’s at Baildon and mortgage broker Sarah Ainge. Sarah was the first mortgage advisor I spoke to who was friendly and approachable, and took the time to listen to all my daft first time buyer questions and found the best deal that suited my needs. Couldn’t recommend her more highly. Thank you to Jack Pullan for your help throughout this whole process. Jack provided weekly updates and was always reassuring and happy to help with any questions and got answers from the different solicitors. For any first time buyer who hasn’t a clue where to start - I highly recommended the team at Holroyds.

GoogleThe whole team at Holroyd were amazing from start to finish. Especially Jack and closely followed by Olivia. My interaction was with Jack mainly and he was always so kind and patient. He is definitely a true asset to Holroyd. Buying a house is and will always be a stressful process but having Jack with you on that journey makes it all worth while. GoogleFantastic team at Holroyds Baildon. This was the second time I’ve sold my home with them and Ben and Jack were fantastic. Got plenty of viewings and ended up with a good sale price too. Customer service wise they were brilliant, keeping me well informed and answering any queries i had and helping me out when i we were having trouble on the final days leading up to exchange and completion. Also have to say a big thanks to Sarah for help with my mortgage too! Thanks to the whole team, even gave me a nice little housewarming gift!

GoogleHi, both myself and my wife Anne were extremely pleased with Jack as he was very patient, calm & encouraging. All the staff are amazing, very helpful & assuring. When phone lines were busy we left a message & they always called us back. We have sold 3 house through Holroyds & every time we cannot fault them. So anyone out there wanting to sell then you can't go wrong with Holroyds.

GoogleI would thoroughly recommend this estate agents, from start to finish (which thanks to them wasn't long at all, they sold our house in a fortnight) they were extremely supportive and helpful. All the stress of viewing etc was taken away by their staff sorting all this out, it was a relaxing experience for us....which is not something you associate with selling a property. Very professional, very helpful, they helped us sail through what could have been a very a daunting g time. Thank you.

GoogleGot a property to sell? Speak to Lee at Holroyds Bingley. He was able to get our home on the market quickly. Source a buyer within a week. Completion followed a short time after that! We were kept up to date regulalrly by Lee who did a fantastic job. He mediated/progressed things between us, the buyers and the solicitors (not an easy job!) with true professionalism. The rates charged were highly competitive vs other local agents. So glad we chose them over other local agents! Thank you Lee, all the best
