I have to say that Holroyds have been terrific all the way through the sale process. Everything was explained in detail and was easy to understand. Holly recommended using the modern auction method of sale with Iamsold. This was really straightforward and the end result was terrific. The guaranteed completion date of only 56 days after accepting the offer was another bonus. I would thoroughly recommend this agent and the method of sale.

Sarah was the first mortgage advisor I spoke to who was friendly and approachable, and took the time to listen to all my daft first time buyer questions and found the best deal that suited my needs. Couldn’t recommend her more highly. Thank you to Jack Pullan for your help throughout this whole process. Jack provided weekly updates and was always reassuring and happy to help with any questions and got answers from the different solicitors. Fantastic team at Holroyds Baildon. This was the second time I’ve sold my home with them and Ben and Jack were fantastic. Got plenty of viewings and ended up with a good sale price too. Customer service wise they were brilliant, keeping me well informed and answering any queries i had and helping me out when i we were having trouble on the final days leading up to exchange and completion.
