From the very first phone call when I contacted Holroyds to book a viewing, right through to the day of completion, the level of service from Lee has been nothing short of outstanding. From the moment we spoke, Lee was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable, instantly making the process feel smooth and well organised. When we were shown around the property, his attention to detail and understanding of what we were looking for really stood out and it gave us great confidence in both him and the company. What impressed me the most was how Lee consistently went above and beyond throughout the entire purchase. He regularly sent updates by email, often at times when I wasn’t expecting them, just to keep me in the loop and to make sure I always knew what stage we were at. It was clear that he genuinely cared about making the process as stress-free and straightforward as possible. Every time I reached out to him with a question or for an update, he was quick to respond, helpful, and always reassuring. His recommendations at every step were thoughtful, clear, and incredibly useful, and it was evident that he really knew what he was talking about. Having someone so reliable and proactive on our side made such a difference and helped us feel confident and supported from start to finish. Buying a house can often feel overwhelming, but Lee made it feel easy, and for that I am extremely grateful. We honestly couldn’t be happier with the service we received. Lee’s professionalism, communication, and genuine care for his clients truly set him apart. If I ever come to sell this property in the future, Lee will be the very first person I contact without hesitation. Fran was fantastic and kept me up to date on any issues/updates (even before my own estate agents) and helped navigate my purchase and helped keep the whole process really smooth. Got a property to sell? Speak to Lee at Holroyds Bingley. He was able to get our home on the market quickly. Source a buyer within a week. Completion followed a short time after that! We were kept up to date regulalrly by Lee who did a fantastic job. He mediated/progressed things between us, the buyers and the solicitors (not an easy job!) with true professionalism. I am looking at buying a 2nd property. Beth at Holyroyds is amazing 💫. She kept me informed even when she was waiting to get hold of vendors just to let me know that she hadn’t forgotten. I do however think that the web chat is very poor I won’t be using that again. Whoever was handling my ‘chat’ clearly did not read my messages and asked me for information that I’d already given at least once already. Very poor customer experience but then Beth made up for that. 🤣🤣PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Woman who showed me around the property seemed unhappy to be there and not happy to take questions. Her answers about the property seemed to vary as the answers she gave during the viewing and when I asked again when I followed up was completely different. Zara was very stroppy over the phone when I asked for a second viewing and when I asked to view on a specific day which she said she couldn’t do and can do a different day which she booked it in before I even agreed to the new date. We were made to feel like we were bothersome even though answering questions is part of their job. Of course people will have questions and want to make sure the property is a good fit especially when you are spending an immense amount of money. We were actually very interested in the property but her service had put us off. Would not recommend due to poor service.

I would thoroughly recommend this estate agents, from start to finish (which thanks to them wasn't long at all, they sold our house in a fortnight) they were extremely supportive and helpful.
