What a refreshing change! A company who regularly communicates meaningful updates, provides honest realistic market information and most importantly delivered results. The residential property we were selling needed a major upgrade and following 10 months of disappointing and costly encounters with prospective buyers we contacted Hollis Morgan to take over the sale. Where do I start? False advertising, pressure sales tactics, rude emails, not having the keys on day of completion, followed by not all the keys being present. My experience with Hollis Morgan has been nothing short of horrendous, comically ridiculous and one I hope nobody else goes through. Buying property is stressful enough without the added incompetence of the estate agents. Advertised as fully furnished which was incorrect, when I complained, I was offered a small gesture that might have bought me a chair, or 2. When I pressed for more to be done I was basically laughed at. Completion occurred around 11am, at which point they didnt have the keys, once they did have the keys they never notified me, leaving me to obtain the keys at 9:30pm. Now im sure Olly will reply with some reasoning behind everything as he has done on the other poor reviews, but for me, I would never deal with this company again
