Andrew Morgan and Olly Hollis clearly have a deep insight of the Bristol Property market. The entire team at Hollis Morgan exude a steady calm demeanour that helps achieve best outcomes possible within tight timescales. The Auction venue and the organisation of the entire bidding process is second to none. Highly recommended.

GoogleAs a complete novice regarding auctions, I found Hollis Morgan approachable, polite, upfront about fees etc. They worked very efficiently in all matters that concerned the sale, informing me of every stage. The auction itself was a complete success. I found the whole process informative and was very pleasantly surprised how smoothly things were processed. From the initial meeting to establish the best way forward through to the auction they were excellent to deal with. They provided good advice throughout the process and kept me informed of all developments. They managed all prospective purchasers viewings without troubling me. I have no doubt that as result of their efforts an excellent price was achieved at the auction which exceeded my expectations. I would have no hesitation in using Hollis Morgan in the future and recommend them to anyone selling a property.

YellREALLY DISAPPOINTED
I met the chaps and went through everything. Oliver Hollis said all the right things but sadly when it came down to the "real work" the service was very poor. Communication was non existent. Advertising and the way the literature and pictures were taken was terrible. Mr Hollis loves email and sadly you are not given the opportunity to check the property write up before marketing starts. He loves "text speak" and in my opinion is very disingenuous. Sorry had hoped for a really good service and was terribly let down. Not for me I am afraid. I would suggest that perhaps Mr Hollis takes a long look at what he promises and then at what he actually delivers. Two very different things
