GoogleAs a complete novice regarding auctions, I found Hollis Morgan approachable, polite, upfront about fees etc. They worked very efficiently in all matters that concerned the sale, informing me of every stage. GoogleMy wife Rebecca used Olly and his team to auction her old family home. The property was sold by way of a pre-auction offer within 8 weeks of the first meeting. The team-Olly, Nick, Lucinda and Sarah were all extremely professional from the initial meeting to the tie up of offers and exchange of contracts. They dealt with all the open viewings, including frequent weekend dates, and provided detailed prospective buyers' feedback in a seamless fashion -all their responses were always prompt and helpful. Very highly recommended if you want to gain access to the Bristol auction market and sell at a decent price in quick fashion. Their very high percentage auction sale stats do reveal the true story behind this team.
