Liam was absolutely amazing in helping us sell our property in Bristol. Despite the fact that we have moved out of the UK and are based overseas, Liam had no problem in communicating with us throughout the process. The time difference, international calls, none of that mattered, it was as if we were still back in the UK. Liam made the whole process very smooth and enjoyable for us, he was so quick to act for any change of circumstances during the process. The flat we were selling had cladding issues and therefore wasn't mortgagable via mortgage providers and with a small baby in tow we needed a quick and successful sale. During what was a very stressful time the team were incredibly professional, helpful and supportive. If you simply want the best then this is the team to use. In very difficult times of social distancing and lock down this is the only way to sell. Olly and his team are very professional.
