GoogleHollis Morgan has just sold a property by auction of behalf of a charity of which I am a trustee. The price achieved was beyond expectations and their service throughout has been been nothing but utterly professional.

GoogleWhere do I start? False advertising, pressure sales tactics, rude emails, not having the keys on day of completion, followed by not all the keys being present. My experience with Hollis Morgan has been nothing short of horrendous, comically ridiculous and one I hope nobody else goes through. Buying property is stressful enough without the added incompetence of the estate agents. Advertised as fully furnished which was incorrect, when I complained, I was offered a small gesture that might have bought me a chair, or 2. When I pressed for more to be done I was basically laughed at. Completion occurred around 11am, at which point they didnt have the keys, once they did have the keys they never notified me, leaving me to obtain the keys at 9:30pm. Now im sure Olly will reply with some reasoning behind everything as he has done on the other poor reviews, but for me, I would never deal with this company again

You are correct in that we could successfully counter argue your points but I appreciate you have had an extremely stressful time funding the purchase but am glad you have now managed to resolve the situation and genuinely wish you the best. From my first meeting with Olly, I was impressed with his knowledge on the location of the house, the style of house and property market. I was nervous at first to put the house up for auction as it had been sat on the market for a while but I felt more confident following our meeting. GoogleWhat can I say about Hollis Morgan other that incredible, amazing and fantastic. Olly has the patience of a saint, we had been talking to him on and off for over 2 years, had believed we had sold it privately, went back to him, changed our minds, went back again and finally agreed to an auction date. Oh my goodness that's when the speed changed in less than 2 months we went from Hollis Morgan being on site that same day taking photographs to it being listed to numerous viewings. We had been advised to price at the lower end to gain interest we priced at £235,000 with a reserve of £250,000, our initial buyer had offered £280,000. Suddenly we are at auction day. This is where Andrew the Amazing took over we were the 1st lot up and in what seemed like minutes bidding was going fast and furiously and the hammer went down at £325,000. To say we are delighted is an understatement and we cannot recommend Hollis Morgan highly enough.

Hollis Morgan handled the sale expertly. Their communication was good and kept me up to date as things progressed. Ended up selling before auction. GoogleOlly and his team at Hollis Morgan were absolutely brilliant. The flat we were selling had cladding issues and therefore wasn't mortgagable via mortgage providers and with a small baby in tow we needed a quick and successful sale. During what was a very stressful time the team were incredibly professional, helpful and supportive. Communication was amazing from start to finish and a particular thanks to Lucinda who was amazing in the lead up to the auction. We ended up with a successful sale at auction and can't recommend Hollis Morgan highly enough.

GoogleI have been using Hollis Morgan for now nearly ten years, for both purchasing and selling residential properties. I have always found Olly and his team very helpful and approachable, with Olly exhibiting considerable knowledge and experience in the property market. I have recently sold a residential property, the same that was in need of a major refurbishment. Olly's team produced some great photographs, and worked so hard to find investors for the sale of the property. In this difficult of both high inflation and mortgage interest rates, with the gloom surrounding inflation and the cost of living etc. Olly and his team still achieved an auction sale price well in excess of the price I expected. I strongly recommend any person/s looking to sale a property, to use the expert services of Hollis Morgan.

GoogleWe were looking for a quick sale or auction of a property with issues. Olly and his team from Hollis Morgan managed the hole process from start to finish in a comprehensive, professional and speedy manner. They kept us updated throughout and did all they could to get the house ready for auction in a very short time frame. The auction was not needed at the end as house was sold to a cash buyer just before. Hollis Morgan helped to sort out an issue that arose during the buying process. Would recommend them if you have got a property which does not sell easily.
