This is the first time dealing with an estate agent( also first property ever selling )well this company has it all the brains the beauty and the personality.I highly recommend anyone who like me wasn’t sure what I was doing they kept me updated very regularly on everything that was happening with my house it was very smooth.a All the members of staff who I dealt with were friendly and very helpful not pushy at all.I see why they have won estate agents of the year. Sold our house with Holden and Copley and had a really great experience. Even though the chain we were in was a challenging one! I mainly dealt with Lydia and Josie who I cannot fault, both were incredibly helpful and supportive. Lydia was there for us at the start of our journey and Josie was our sales progressor seeing us through the sale journey to the end and always keeping in contact and making sure we were up to date at all times. Will definitely use Holden and Copley again should we wish to sell in the future.
