GoogleViewed multiple properties with Stuart in the Addlestone area, and he could not have been more helpful or knowledgeable. We are first time buyers so had lots of questions and concerns and he was able to answer everything honestly to help us understand the pro and cons of everything we were querying. It not often you find an estate agent who is as helpful and patient and we really appreciated that.

GoogleWe are currently in the process of selling with Hodders, who I also brought the property off a couple of years ago and I have to say Adam Bermejo is amazing! He is always so helpful, professional but friendly, a real talent and asset to Hodders. He also showed our property for viewings and secured the buyer. Rob Alderton also deserves a mention, he showed me and my partner around to find a new home and nothing was too much trouble. Overall, the sale and buying process is never easy but the whole team have done an excellent job selling our flat and I can’t fault them! Would recommend Hodders Addlestone.

GoogleWe have a rental property next to us that is unfortunately let out by Hodders. The current tentants are heavy drug users (all day long), in particular cannabis which often comes through the walls and floorboards stinking out oir family home. We tipped Hodders off about the drug use and smoking in the house. I even had to complain to the tenants with smoke bellowing out of the door when they answered. Received a very rude and patronising email from Hodders basically calling us liers and that the smell was incense sticks and if drugs were present to take it up with the police as it was not their problem even though they call themselves property managers. We have since spoken to the police, the house and tenants are now known to them along with the letting agents details.

Andi Koca is very very very good, he is most helpful, patient and responsive, during our journey viewing and looking for the propoerty Andi is always there to answer quenstions and share information regarding the property itself and the area. Without his kind assistance we would never make it to find our dream house. Thank you very much Andi!
