My family would like to express our sincere thanks to "Faik" who has been doing very outstanding jobs today. He has been very caring to my family as usual.We reported a water leakage in one of our bathroom last month. It was repaired about 2 weeks ago, he came today, with a device, to do a very careful inspection for us. He then confirmed with his big smile, no more leaking, it was fixed! He does understand our worries and share our happiness. Well done Faik! He also helped to repaint our door today as it was damaged and some paints fell off. Actually this is his second visit for the door issue as he could not find the exact right paint for the door last time. He refused to do a so-so jobs as he take his job very seriously.He also suggested to repaint the ceiling, caused by the water leak, anytime but he suggested us to wait as he can resolve other issues , if any, altogether. This will help him/ his company to be more efficient and productive. We are impressed by his caring to customer and to his company.We wish him and Hill all the best in 2023.With Best RegardsTK Leung

TrustpilotTHE WORSE EXSPERIENC OF MY LIFE
Please stay away from this builder. I'm living my worse nightmare after spending all my saying and lifetime mortgage. A brand new flat, that has more problem than a century old abandoned house! Everything was wrong, from floor, to ceiling. During the first 2 years a had 50 people over hundreds of appointment trying to rectify the issues. Now the latest, a very bad water leaking, in a brand new flat, and obviously being outside the 2 years warranty Hill wash their hands as well Swan the developer. Please don't fall in my situation and go for different option, anything would be better than the quality provided from Hill! I would love to share pictures as wards can't describe it!

Today I experienced a 5 star world class service from Hill. "Falk" has been doing a wonderful job for us. His positive attitude, technical knowhow and kindness impressed me the most. We had Andy Delaforce and Michael Perry from Hill team over to carry out some paint work and small fixes following our 7 day check in visit. They have done a great job. Very organised, the snags were repaired quickly and with high standard and tidy up and clean at the end.Keeley D. from costumer service team has been great responding to our emails and organising these works.
