Today Paul Lambert came to do some final snagging. What I thought was a straight-forward simple fix, actually turned out to require more technical ability, care and experience to repair it to a state better than it was before. Excellent work! He was also friendly, polite and pleasant to spend time with, as we literally waited for the paint to dry! Many thanks.

I have been dealing with Sarah Key who has been coordinating the many services that had to return to the new apt to complete final snagging. It has been a large cast to logistically organise, but Sarah has been on the ball with making promises, setting deadlines and keeping them and informing me throughout the process. She is always pleasant and positive in our phone conversations and I trust her to get things done promptly - which is worth its weight in gold in this industry. Excellent work!

The technician Raalf Fallaha came to my house today for following up the defects. He is a very helpful and patient technician and he did his work perfectly. Moreover, for every work he is going to handle, he will fully explain the situation and how he is going to do. Mike, Michael, and Simon came to fix a myriad of issues we'd had; all relatively minor, but all needed doing. We had other contractors on site who weren't being considerate of our furniture. The team from Hill stepped in to make sure our possessions were protected from the works of the contractors. A wonderful team who we're confident will help us again in the future.

The customer experience executive Laura provided by Hill was superb.I felt like walking in person with them even though I was communicating through a video call. Through a video call, they provided a detailed explanation of the apartment's features and functionality, and the site manager Mihai J was incredibly kind and patient in explaining how to use each appliance. They even helped me snag the new flat with a detailed report to reference, which was incredibly helpful.Overall, I was extremely impressed with the level of attention to detail and personalized service that Hill provided. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new home in Cambridge. Thank you to the Hill team for making my move a smooth and stress-free experience!

So far, Hill has surely done well in the provision of services in the settling in period of the property, into which we moved nearly a year ago.We were lucky to have Michael Chapman who arrived at the earliest time expected, and he seemed to be an all-round and very knowlegeable expert at fixing everything he needed to do and did more than we expected.We were very happy with his work and pleased that we could just leave him to it.
