I recently requested repairs for a damaged entrance door, and this morning, Faik from the contractor Hill's team attended to it. I was thoroughly impressed by his expertise and efficiency. Faik was not only patient in explaining his approach to repairing the door but also provided clear instructions on the next steps. He outlined the forthcoming procedure, indicating his return to paint the door, and set clear expectations for the next visit. Specifically, he mentioned that the painting would require a full day's work and advised me to prepare accordingly. I'm now awaiting a call from Hill to schedule the painting appointment. Based on my experience, I sincerely hope to have Faik handle the job, given his exemplary service.
