I am deeply disappointed with the service provided by Hill Developers, particularly regarding the installation of a cooker hood in my home. Despite assurances and the trust placed in them, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating and unacceptable.One glaring issue that highlights the lack of attention to detail and disregard for quality is the absence of a carbon filter in the cooker hood. This oversight is not only a breach of trust but also a significant inconvenience. It's inconceivable that such a basic component would be overlooked, especially considering the implications for air quality and safety in the kitchen.Furthermore, my attempts to address this matter with Hill Developers have been met with indifference and a reluctance to take responsibility. Despite raising the issue multiple times, there has been no acknowledgment of the oversight, let alone any action taken to rectify the situation.The lack of accountability and poor communication from Hill Developers is deeply concerning. As a customer, I expected professionalism and integrity, neither of which has been demonstrated in this instance.In conclusion, I urge others to exercise caution when dealing with Hill Developers. My experience has been marred by negligence and a disregard for customer satisfaction. It is my hope that by sharing this review, others will be spared from similar frustrations.Feel free to adjust the review to better reflect your personal experience and feelings.

I have to praise Hill's after-sales maintenance. It must be Hill's after-sales maintenance team. Michael Chapman and Brad Sullivan helped me repair the wall cracking problem very well yesterday. Thank you for their professionalism and attention to detail. I am very happy that I bought Hill's house.

I had an appointment with Alan Deadman who waited for me as I was running late after dropping my children off to school. He was kind, chatty and made me feel at ease, which is important to me as I have anxiety around people being in my home. He took the time to explain what he was doing, and showed me the parts that he was changing in my door handles. He finished the work quickly, but it didn't feel that he was rushing the work.
