Simon Cowdrey arrived on site at The Meadows Community Centre with a long list of repair works which he had to follow up, he managed to complete them all apart from a couple which turned out to be a two man job and was going o report back to the office and arrange another visit, in all the areas he was working in he always cleaned afterward and never left a mess, a good job done all around the site.

My problem with the link between the gutter and the down pipe was resolved quickly and efficiently after an e-mail to Mia Leeson, in the office and the arrival of a very proficient operative from Hills.There have been very few problems with our new Hill's home and they have all been dealt with efficiently and courteously

Simon Cowdrey was my technician for a bathroom floor leak in my flat. On both occasions, Mr. Cowdrey arrived on time and explained each step of the investigation and repair process to me prior to taking action. He was friendly and courteous in all our interactions. A true professional!

Recently encountered a slight leak in the room of the annoying thing, also because it has been in for several years, Hill Customer Service Coordinator Nicole Spanou is still eager to find the then service provider for me to solve the difficulties!

Terrible service and even worse building construction!I have been unable to use my shower in the past four years due to a plumbing issue! As of now, I still have no idea when this will be rectified! Over ten properties in the building have the same issue! Also many other issue happened, on a brand new property!
