Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Raalf Fallaha for going absolutely above and beyond. As we moved into a Hill property we’ve had a few snags to sort out so seen a lot of Hill operatives since moving in 9 months ago but Raalf stands out the most by far. Such a hard working happy guy and is a pleasure to have over as I know once he leaves the issue will be 100% sorted and way better than I expected. Real credit to Hill!

I bought a house from Hill in a lovely new development. The initial sales and customer service experience was excellent! There have, however, been a few issues since moving in (probably more than I expected) but Kish (site manager) in particular has been great in helping to resolve issues. No problem has been too big or small and they have been quite responsive. The service from some of the subcontractors has varied. The follow-up customer service visits were useful. It would be good to have another one after a year or so when we’ve properly settled. Overall, I’ve been very pleased with this developer.

As a first time buyer we have had a couple of minor snags that Hill has been excellent about sorting out. Sarah Heather- the customer service coordinator in particular has been extremely helpful and responsive to my emails. She has always followed up after the works have taken place to make sure we are happy and everything is okay and kept up informed of any delays or upcoming appointments. Really grateful for the excellent service.
